and really an argument for enforced sterilization, eugenics or just bloody putting them down.

There is no hope for this country when feral vile "people" like this are allowed to breed.

One bloke no job two kids been sleeping with a girl her sister and her best friend, and good old tax payer picks up the tab.

Some people should not be allowed to breed.

I know its my own fault for watching it Grin

i am saying i don't think the op meant it as it sounded and years ago would have been quietly educated rather than slung to the lions

bupcakesandcunting · 08/06/2011 20:52

Yep, the idea of eugenics is to weed out the "weak". It doesn't pick and choose by personality so all mentally I'll people would be gone. Gay people. Gone. Downs people. Gone. People born with congenital defects. Gone.

Trillian, I don't think that you have a proper grasp of the concept if eugeniccs and you've unwittingly caused a shitstorm but you should know that openly supporting eugenics places you so far right on the political spectrum that you're metaphorically being spitroasted by Hitler and Stalin.

ShirleyKnot · 08/06/2011 20:53

Really SouthEast?

Bearing in mind that there's been no retraction of that part of the Original Post?

Bearing in mind the climate of MN at the moment WRT to disablist posts?

Bearing in mind that this post gave a platform for another poster to come onto the thread and spout the shite about how people with SN should be forcibly sterilised?

Really?

BooyHoo · 08/06/2011 20:54

"an argument for enforced sterilization, eugenics or just bloody putting them down

feral vile "people" like this are allowed to breed.

Some people should not be allowed to breed"

sorry SEA but that OP was never intended for intelectual discussion. that OP was meant to stir up shite. you dont post comments like that witha hope to be 'quietly educated'.

trillian wanted it and trillian (deservedly) got it.

Mouseface · 08/06/2011 20:57

For the love of all things cheddar, who the Jeff is this 'Trillian'?

Poor bloody Trills (TrillianAstra) nearly got a gob full from me about her posts on this thread, but it's not the Trills I know and love.

I am absolutley shocked to the core by your views Trillian

I take it that your main home is a mansion, you have a perect life, are living the dream, in the lap of luxury and would refuse to piss on said Kyle fodder if they were ablaze?

Seriously?

I'm not saying that Kyle is in the right for the way the show is produced and the fact that ALL guests are goaded into 'fights' before the show. I saw today's offering because I can only take so much CBeebies before I start to rock, but I'd NEVER think that the guests on there were any less worthy of help and support than anyone else just because of their background, upbringing or behaviour, etc.........

You have no idea Trillian about these people so I find it very unfair of you to pass such huge judgements without anything to back it up.

animula · 08/06/2011 20:57

Not a hi-jack, per se. Something rather in the order of a small side-conversation. With a time-lag.

@ Bupcakes (... a long long time ago.)

I know it's not TA, I thought it was another regular, namechanging. Though that is apparently not so.

Still a bit strange, though.

Mamaz0n · 08/06/2011 20:57

I think the attitude to the name change thing is quite telling of the personality tbh.

I doubt Trollian has any idea what eugenics actually means. It has probably been mentioned on "the wright stuff" or in the Daily Mail and has put it in her thread because it was a nice long word and made her sound clever.

at the very least i would hope she has takn a look at at least one of the links on this thread. If you are going to be flamed then at least use it as a learning opportunity

animula · 08/06/2011 21:00

The real questions, though, is surely why Jeremy Kyle does it?

I would be so, so sad if my son or daughter turned out like that.

I can imagine the scene: "But mummy, i can buy you a lovely house in London now. Or the countryside. Whatever you want."

And I would turn my face away, so that ds or dd couldn't see that I was crying tears of shame and self-blame.

Mumofaflump · 08/06/2011 21:01

Bupcakes I think I have a girl-crush on you... Blush

Swivel! Grin

MmeLindor. · 08/06/2011 21:01

Finally got around to reading the Guardian link posted earlier. If you haven't read it yet, Trillian, you really should.

To save you scrolling back

Now tell me that those who are on that show should be euthanised.

BrianAndHisBalls · 08/06/2011 21:07

just realised Mouse that my dd Molly might have been up for the chop as she was born with 2 thumbs.

Well, obviously two thumbs is fine, but 2 thumbs on the one hand. Is she for the chambers Trillian?

Mouseface · 08/06/2011 21:11

Jeez Brian how did she slip through the net? Hmm

MamazOn - I take it you meant that wonderful typo? 'Trollian'? Grin

Trillian · 08/06/2011 21:11

Love the way it always comes down to the name.

Ok I take back eugenics, but I still think people like the bloke this morning should not be allowed to pro create.
Come on he had unprotected sex with 3 women, he already has 2 children and he saw nothing wrong with what he does,
I am not uneducated and I also work with some of the JK demographic, its my job.
But come on if we just sit back and accept (or worse still defend) people like him we are going to hell in a hand cart

OP posts:
BrianAndHisBalls · 08/06/2011 21:13

Mouse - she hid it on every scan too, she knew there were people like Trillian about Grin

Trillian - why don't you use your other name, Kimi isn't it?

MmeLindor. · 08/06/2011 21:15

Not defending him.

But enforced sterilisation - is that better than eugenics, do you think?

ShirleyKnot · 08/06/2011 21:15

"Ok I take back eugenics, but I still think people like the bloke this morning should not be allowed to pro create"

FFS. What gives you the right to make those sort of decisions?

And FUCKING HELL if you are working with people in the JK demographic then you really should not be with that kind of attitude.

Peachy · 08/06/2011 21:16

How wold you stop people procreating without forcible sterilisation?

I am hufely anti forcibel sterilisation, for all the obvious reasons but also the one very real fact that people change their lives. A messup now can turn their life around and be a fab parent just a few years later.

Peachy · 08/06/2011 21:17

Ohhhhhh are you Kimi?

That explains a lot.

animula · 08/06/2011 21:18

trillian - it's pretty much the hallmark of modern democracies that we (technically) don't stop people procreating through state intervention. I put "technically" in brackets because I have views that invisible pressures are put on people, and I tend not to like that.

We no longer do that because it has, so far, not ended well. If you look at any society that has (negatively) tried to stop people procreating you'll be looking at an account of massive failure, and implicit attacks on the concept of "who" it is that qualifies as a human. History suggests very strongly that experiments in limiting the coverage of the term "human" also don't end well - and limit the concept of what it is to be human for all - even those who qualify as fully human.

There is something in limiting the right to procreate, as a right, that really does, and should, make the should recoil.

That is why societies these days tend to try and encourage limitation positively, with all kinds of blandishments and incentives.

That's another argument, however.

And then there is the whole question about limiting procreation being implicitly some kind of judgment-in-advance about the children that might be produced. Again, that's another argument.

BooyHoo · 08/06/2011 21:18

"But come on if we just sit back and accept (or worse still defend) people like him we are going to hell in a hand cart"

so what do you suggest 'we' do?

Trillian · 08/06/2011 21:18

Brian no it is not, I am fed up about getting bullied over the name

OP posts:
Mamaz0n · 08/06/2011 21:20

I just want to know how people so hideously ugly and with the personality/intellect of a duck, manage to get anyone to shag them?

Genuinely curious hmm

You do realise that this begs the response of "i dont know Lequeen, how did you bag your husband?" dont you?

CuntyMacCaw · 08/06/2011 21:20

Really? I find that hard to believe. Still, I suppose MNHQ will know.
