Used to be of a similar opinion. I live in a deprived area now and fair enough there are some real horrible wasters, but there are stories behind it and many are nice people fallen on bad times.

I don't watch JK because it is like the freak show you used to get at the circus, they bring out what they consider grotesque and terrible, poke fun at it and look down their noses, all the while being thankful that they are better off. Just seems wrong to me.

MamazOn - Most jobs are shift based these days or give days off in the week. I'm home now but working tonight. Like millions of others, my working pattern doesn't fit the 9-5 schedule.

It means I can avoid the "rush" (???) hours, shop when it's quiet, make phone calls outside their busiest times and get the house/garden clean without teenagers sprawled all over it.

It also means I can spend inordinate amounts of daytime hours on MN and watching JK.
