I was a size 12 when I got pregnant with DS. I had always been a 14/16 prior to that (it took a lot of work and no food!).
I went up to a 18/20 during third trimester (and put on 3 stone!!)
and am still a 16/18 nearly a year later
I don't have enough time for massive gym sessions but i do take DS in his backpack for 3-6 mile walks every other day, plus the running around after a toddler! I eat a fairly balanced diet, but i know I could do better.
So ladies...how long did it take you to get back to pre-pregnancy size/shape/weight? and HOW DID YOU DO IT??
