Oh, they are heavenly gomummy ! I haven't had one in years because of the gluten stuff, but they are SO GOOD. You can go watch them being made and they just pour tons of sugary glaze over them and you can buy them fresh and hot. :) And they do pumpkin ones in the fall....

I wish you could come paint too! I'm so excited to get this done, and DH has been working really hard on stripping up the linoleum. I can't imagine, rooms with the walls fully painted and the original hardwood gleaming! Will be fantastic. :)

LOL, why am I not surprised Cheerful? My colors are similar, just darker. :) I bet yours will be fresh and breezy and peaceful, iykwim. Sounds really nice.

Mmm chocolate cake! Which reminds me, I have to make brownies for the painting squad. Eeek! So much to do,and two hours to do it in. DH is on his way home from a bachelor party sounding well hungover, which he'd best snap out of sharpish because a lot is going to be required of him today :)

We have lots of redecorating to do this summer. Mostly all the downstairs rooms
and hall stairs & landing.

Had a lovely piano lesson this morning - felt like I was playing 'real' music at last, then came home to the news that my lovely Great Aunt isn't expected to make it. It's so sad, I love her to bits. This will be 3rd family death in as many months - my nerves are a bit shredded at the moment.......big sigh......

Sorry to hear about your Aunt, Valium, your poor family is coping with a lot these days it seems.

Piano is such a stress reliever, when I am angry or sad or frustrated, I take it out on my poor piano...it is so cathartic for some reason. I taught my mum a few years back and totally remember her excitement at what you are talking about with finally playing 'real' music!

How did your renos go Cheerful? Sounds like you have lots of work ahead of you Elmo!

Tea are you still out there or are you stuck to a wall with lining paper?

Getting the gardens ready to plant is the big job here atm. Fun this year as DS no longer tries to eat the compost can really get into it too.

Thanks for the hugs - Great Aunt seems to be very chatty moments in between sleeping which is nice for her children. She's a tough old bird :)
