Come hither all those who haven't found their place on mumsnet, have scrapped in Aibu or crossed words in chat. The buddy bench shalt not judge.

The buddy bench will hand out wine and cakes, it will join you on your scoffathons getting pissed

All those who sit on the bench, will have their sins erased and be given a warm welcome and cheerful chat from CheerfulYank, gomummy, tired mum, Elmo and far, far too many more to mention.

Welcome to the buddy bench, we look forward to meeting you all Smile

Oh and don't forget, last one to leave polishes bench and locks up!

Happy Birthday Cheerful!!! Hope you have a great day! :)

Yes, DH and I are both May as well. Must be something in the air in September to cause all these May babies! Grin

Ah Elmo, it's so hard to get them motivated, isn't it? Hence the reason I learned to do most of the DIY myself, lol! Patience is a virtue...unfortunately it's not one that I posess!

Tiredmum he's growing so quickly! Adorable pics! How are you these days?

Nice that your Great Aunt is still communicative like that Valium, both for her and for her family.

elmofan · 17/05/2011 18:34

What date is your birthday gomummy ?

I always accuse my dh of stealing my thunder at midnight on my Birthday Grin

Teaandcakeplease · 18/05/2011 21:46

I pre-ordered my copy of Tangled and Amazon despatched it today. Yay! Sooo excited. It was £11.97 with no P&P charges. Not bad for a new Disney if I do say so myself Wink

I haven't caught up on here yet today but hheeeeeeeeeeeeeelllllllloooooooooooooo!

One for ds at the weekend in she shape of a Nintendo DS (there was a perfect one at Tesco that he wanted but it had nuts in and he is allergic so had to make one myself! The other a classic Victoria sponge for someone at my bookclub I go to!) Exhausted now!

Happy birthday lovely Tiredmum.

My boy has learnt how to open his door on his bedroom So off to buy a stairgate today as his jack in the box nightly shenanigans will not continue, if I have anything to do with it His sisters just as bad quite frankly with getting up at night too.

Where's the coffee?

gomummygo · 20/05/2011 14:05

Oh Tiredmum I'm glad it arrived, was beginning to wonder if it was lost forever in the international postal abyss! :)

Happy Birthday to you, hope you have a wonderful day!!!

Would one of those doorknob covers that make the handle more difficult to turn be helpful?

gomummygo · 20/05/2011 22:43

Yay, long weekend here starts now!!! For us that means planting, planting, planting...even though we're a week earlier than most will try around here. Sometimes we lose a few to the frost but ah well.

What are all you benchers up to this weekend?

Teaandcakeplease · 21/05/2011 11:18

Door knob covers?

No massive plans, will head to park later with DCs.

valiumredhead · 21/05/2011 11:23

Morning! Grin

Bunting, up, presents opened, now waiting for ds's mates to arrive a bit later for a sleep over - Lord help me!!!

Enjoy the weekend benchers :)

gomummygo · 21/05/2011 12:58

Here's a linky Tea! They are great! :)

Good luck with the sleep over Valium! :)

Teaandcakeplease · 21/05/2011 16:44

I cannot find anyone who stocks them in the UK with my browse on the internet just now Hmm Confused I'll try and have a better look later once the kids are in bed. I'm rather tired though so perhaps I'll pass out on the sofa before I get a chance tonight Blush

gomummygo · 21/05/2011 17:02

Ebay perhaps? They're sold everywhere here, I can send you some if you think they'd be helpful. Besides using them at home, I carry one in my purse (most of them split in half) to prevent basement attempts when visiting! :) They work well, visitors to our home can never get out without assistance, lol!
