YABVVVU and very narrow minded, you are going to get flamed and rightly so. No everybody is able to breastfeed, a lot of women lack the support to help them and have to resort to formula. If you're talking about the studies discussed in the papers, I think the researchers 'paired up' children from parents with similar IQs, one that was bf and one that was ff, to discount parent's intelligence as a factor.

I was formula fed. I could read fluently by 3 and a half. My brother was formula fed. He is expected A across the board, apart from Maths and Physics which he took early and already has A in them.
