My DS is 6 and still has to repeat himself a few times until he gets certificate right! We have had
squiggle - squirrel
cerfiticate - certificate
earwig - earring
biscetti - spaghetti
bimato - tomato
gagi - blanket
os do it - you do it

They are very cute, I had forgotten some of these he used all the time sadly he tries to speak correctly now

mistressploppy · 11/03/2011 14:19

16mo DS says 'toaton' for coat, presumably because I'm always saying, 'here, put your coat on'

Jaydles · 11/03/2011 14:22

Mine too we have toaton and shooson

thomasbodley · 11/03/2011 14:41

In our house, a computer is a 'pooter'; a yogurt is a 'yogi'; sheep are 'baa-lams' and a hot water bottle is a 'topbottle'.

The youngest member of my family is currently 27.

This is what happens when you don't correct speech Grin.
