OK so I don't often PM people, but do occassionally.

Today I tried to PM someone and when I clicked send it came up with a message:
"Sorry but PMs aren't the quickest way to get in contact with Justine..." and went on to give an MN email address to contact her at instead.

So I'm now about the OP as the implcation from this message is that this person is someone at MNHQ posting annonymously.

I might add that I also PM someone else today and didn't get that message and have never seen it before either.

Of course it could just be a bug. But I'm still rather . Especially as the OP is posting as a dad...

What would you think?

AmazingBoucingFerret I've already been PM asking who it is. So yes others are also keen to know.
As I said before I'm not happy to say as the poster may well be genuine and it could be a glitch/bug that caused this.

It is all a bit silly I know. But obviously I felt compeled by the OP to PM the poster, but now I'm feeling .
Hence why I'm asking AIBU to feel that way. Still not sure what the general opinion on that is!
