Nothing wrong with coming from a council estate, I lived on one myself for most of my childhood. But she didn't get where she is now on talent or charisma so old Vargener hit the nail on the head with that one, oy finks.

No-one said she was shallow. I said it would be shallow to be jealous of her for superficial/financial reasons. Can't see what else there is to be jealous about really.

I don't think she made herself look great. She is sort of in a position of 'power' as a judge and there was no need to say it in front of other people, especially not on TV, except for effect. Funny how she was quick to believe the press on that, but it's all lies about Cher.

I can't stand Wagner, but I agree he is being treated like shite. His own mentor can't even be bothered to get his name right, FFS!!! Which makes Louis Walsh look like a total twat!!!!

Sorry in response to OP, don't think it was luck that got her where she is, she is talented, ok she's not the best singer but she's good enough. I listened to Take That on x factor last week and their singing wasn't exactly brilliant. She must have worked hard to get where she is today, luck and looks alone wouldn't have got her this far IMO.

In fact, I've half a mind to vote for Wanger this week and every week and wish everyone would do the same just so he wins.

I'm not sure of Simon's position on Wagner. Last year it was very obvious despite what he said each week on the show that he was happy with Jedward as he could see the pound signs, not sure that this is the case with Wagner. I wonder if it was all done to make Wagner look bad, but it only made Cheryl look silly.

I've never voted this series, but was sorely tempted to vote for Wagner tonight. Now I'm not sure if it is all part of the manipulation of the show.

Actually, I know it is all about manipulation. I'm just not sure which way I am being manipulated.

Chavyl was unfair to attack Wagner like that at that time- she should have been judging that performance, not moaning about herself and what he apparently said "to the papers".

Chavyl should know better than anyone that people get misquoted by the media all the time. I mean how long has she been in the business for?
