Mitchum, smart solid deodorant for men (what's the difference for women?)

I bought two of these stick deodorants, the deodorant part fell off both of them, making them unusable, when I rolled it up, and no I didn't roll it up too much.

Anyone else?

I have NEVER shaved my feet.

proudnscary · 11/10/2010 13:54

Although my toes are quite hairy...

wheelsonthefeckingbus · 11/10/2010 13:54

Second hand! Did they have a second hand mooncup to go with it?

emmie31 · 11/10/2010 13:55

Hotpint aquarius washer dryer, doesn't really dry clothes and has been repaired 4 times in one year!!! I HATE IT!!! ( still paying the crappy thing off)Angry

Rockbird · 11/10/2010 13:56

Fifth seconding the Mitchum bastard stick thing. The roll on is fab though, haven't had a sweaty oxter in ages :o

darcymum · 11/10/2010 13:57

Pedegg, just looked it up, another great JLM product to add to my shopping list.

At least they dont sell the sush-ezi over here (yes, it is supposed to make sushi-making easy. It does not).

Do not buy the cheap battery digital alarm clock from Lidl.

My DH, in an attempt to save, ooh 50p, bought one for DS.

It is without doubt the shittiest product around. I have set the time on it no less than 16 times in the last week, but apparently, it knows better [anger]. It insists it's an hour later and resets itself accordingly, waking DS up at 6am every morning!

Marks and Spencer "scuff proof" shoes. Binned after 4 weeks and ruiend after one week.

SeaTrek · 11/10/2010 14:15

A 'comfy cone' for the dog. The dog hated it, the vet was polite but also hated it. Maybe my dog has cheap tastes but he much preferred his cheap plastic collar when he needed one. I ended up using it as a temporary one whilst I cleaned his cheap plastic one (that had to be done quickly - poor dog!).

The JML Magic Mat. Absolutle bollocks. Doesn't catch a bit of dirt. I've got a filthy hallway and an expensive hideous mat Angry.

Boots No7 mascara, the one with the square pink brush thing. Left me with awful clumpy eyelashes and it's like superglue to get off.

The new Pampers Active Fit nappies. Leaky and left horrible marks on poor DS's bum.

Hetty Hoovers. Everyone raves about them but I hate mine. It's heavy, doesn't pick up dog hair properly and is impossible to push over carpets.

Ooh I feel a bit better now I've got that off my chest Grin.

FindingMyMojo · 11/10/2010 14:15

slow cooker - not slow enough. I was thinking I'd stick something in there before work & it would be cooked when I go home. So why are all the recipes for 5 hours then? Who goes to work for 5 hours including travel time?

oooh I do so miss my magnetic window cleaner though - need to replace it. I don't have a cat!

olderandwider · 11/10/2010 14:16

Nooooh! I love my toaster bags. It is a bit of an art getting the correct amount of toasting but they make the best toasted cheese sarnies.

Mine are from Lakeland, if that makes any difference.

Marjee · 11/10/2010 14:16

Anything by bloody JML! I had a nicer dicer which was great for 2 days until the blades buckled when I used it to chop a carrot. I bought some vacuum bags from them which don't stay sealed so everything inside reinflates! Angry such a waste of money!

Also vanish stain remover is shit, I spilt coffee down my top a few weeks ago and after 6 washes with vanish the stains still there

chandellina · 11/10/2010 14:18

boots eyelash curler - utterly useless.

huggies wipes - they rip.

i love my ped egg though.

CrazyPlateLady · 11/10/2010 14:21

I bought a 2nd hand Hotpoint Aquarius washer dryer about 9 years ago. Its still going strong!!

Farm Foods fish fingers. It was literally paste inside, uugghhhh.

Pampers and Huggies nappies. They always leaked for us.

TanteRose · 11/10/2010 14:23

Rainbow art....no rainbows, just brown sludge.....

kveta · 11/10/2010 14:27

ooh, I got some vacuum bags from JML (I think) and they split the minute we took the vacuum off.

the toasterbags we used were lakeland and we used them once as they both burnt into toaster sieves they were so full of holes. total and utter shite.

Acanthus · 11/10/2010 14:27

I love my toaster bags too and they are cheap ones from Aldi. What are you all doing to yours? Grin
