I think Katie Price might be next in the docks.
She seems hell bent on ruining her exes lives.

One thing that's puzzling me about Katie's behaviour in court though; why would she (as has been reported) deliberately set out to torpedo the case? Surely she wanted it to proceed and him found guilty?
Or is it that she was just too fixated on revenge that she over-egged the pudding and unintentionally contributed towards the eventual not guilty verdict?

It's the latter. She obviously just went off on one and contrary to her PR machine is thick as pig shit so didn't lie convincingly enough.

She's an absolute disgrace.

Lifeomars · 22/10/2026 16:59

I'm guessing and it is only a guess of course that Price's testimony muddied the waters so much that there was no way that a jury could convict "beyond reasonable doubt". The very nature of crimes of this sort means that there are hardly ever any witnesses, and of course if they are reported when some time has elapsed there won't be any forensic evidence. Whatever went on, it's a hideous mess especially for the children as this will live forever on the internet.

bananasarent · 22/10/2026 17:01

I'm really confused as to why everyone appears to be jumping on this to criticise KP... this is about Kieran Hayler, isn't it?

I've only read bits and pieces of what's been reported but just think about how few rape cases even get this far and I think it's breath-takingly naive to believe that KP was somehow responsible for this - 10 years later? Whatever that message was about making her a star was in 2017 so clearly the woman must be like 23 now and she can't be saying any of this stuff for anything to do with KP. You'd just wait around for 9 years and then decide to go to the police?!

It's a bit like the Russell Brand case and people saying stuff about why the women might lie to get famous or whatever. Has that EVER happened for anyone!? Can you think of anyone making money/fame/good things happening to them when they say they were raped or sexually assaulted? All that happens to women and girls who report these things is that they are accused of lying and vilified in the press etc so I don't believe this poor girl would say this, 9/10 years after the fact for any of those reasons.

Yes, KP might have been "happy" to hear all this stuff and want to use it to try to take KH down and all of that because she's got a vendetta against him but I don't think the police, or CPS would have taken it forward if they didnt believe the girl and believe there was a strong chance of conviction.

BeardySchnauzer · 22/10/2026 17:03

The main criticism of KP here is of her behaviour on the stand which seems to have made the whole thing a farce

StormAusten · 22/10/2026 17:04

Well, if, IF the verdict is wrong (in your opinion), Katie Price is largely responsible for de-railing the prosecution with her appalling behaviour in court.
And this sets back rape cases even further.

By the judge's own comments she very clearly had a massive influence over the case.

In my experience of this type of person, they become so entrenched in their own narrative (lies), narcissism and obsession that they can’t keep up with what they’ve said and done previously. There’s also often a pattern (as seen in KP) of extremely volatile and dangerous reactions to perceived injustices. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if KP has borderline personality disorder - her behaviour very much fits - those who know, know!

I agree - the number of people on here who leap to defend her is quite astounding to me. She has openly admitted to seeking revenge on exes (husbands, partners, friends) and there is plenty of evidence to show it over the years.
Cross her at your peril.

The fact is if KH was guilty KP derailed the trial so badly that it made it hard for the jury to find him anything but not guilty.
So her behaviour on the stand which was absolutely diabolical meant that 90 per cent of what she said wasn’t answering a question but throwing out all sorts of information and personal opinions/grudges.
I agree the CPS must have had more than KP’s personal opinion to bring this to trial. If he is guilty then she should be ashamed of herself.
He makes my flesh crawl as does Alex Reid. Awful, squalid men.
However KP has to make everything about her. She is a dangerous and manipulative woman.
I feel for the young girl here and her family and all the children involved in the mess created by these situations.
And I wish companies like Sky and ITVX would stop reporting on/using KP in shows.

Trayloop · 22/10/2026 17:15

I would also point out how statistically rare it is for the Family Court to:

  1. Award full custody to a father;
  2. Make a ‘lives with’ order for older children - which Princess and Junior both were at the time.

The very fact that Peter Andre was awarded a lives with order for both of them, when they were both of an age where the courts are extremely reluctant to become involved, says it all.

Surely she must have some kind of very severe mental health issue, disorder...whatever you call it. To have so much surgery that you start to look horrific and you still dont stop suggests she has absolutely no capacity to work stuff out in even a remotely rational way. She's very very odd.

StormAusten · 22/10/2026 17:26

She has somehow managed to spin it that she has been the victim in all her relationships when it looks very much to me as if it's largely been her exes who have suffered more from being with her - not just when actually IN the relationship but for years afterwards.

HidingFromSunshine · 22/10/2026 17:27

I really struggle to believe the cps would bring a case with just KPs word on it.
we all know she’s a fucking liability and so divisive her involvement will cloud the jurors. They wouldn’t have brought it if there wasn’t more than KP.
we all know how few actually make it to trial.
im not saying he’s innocent or guilty, just that they wouldn’t bring a charge or a trial on the basis of what she’s said

Robogob · 22/10/2026 17:29

She’s a sociopath. Even her voice is a detached, emotionally barren monotone. She doesn’t have any normal emotions or reactions. Look at all the dead pets and squalid houses.

She was naturally very beautiful. She’s destroyed that. I wonder why? What’s that all about?

BeSharpHelper · 22/10/2026 17:29

SpinandSing · 22/10/2026 15:48

The whole story hasn't been told though has it? So, he hasn't been found guilty of rape but why did he have a close relationship with this 13 year old? There doesn't seem to be any information about how they were known to each other - she wasn't an extended family member. Was she a member at his gym and he was her personal trainer?

The case was brought for a reason and it wasn't just because of Katie Price. That's not how it works. Unfortunately, Katie Price as a witness and ex-wife of the defendant made the whole trial into a circus and the reporting on it is poor standard and useless.

The poor girl and her family. What an awful thing to have been drawn into.

Of course there isn’t any information about how he knew her , it’s to maintain her privacy so that people like you cant work out who she is , which it sounds like you are trying to do .

His family won’t be allowed to have them while he was under investigation. Because there’s a risk he could have unsupervised contact with them.

The CPS can charge a case just based on the interview with the alleged victim. It sounds as though the CPS had the alleged victims complaint, with KP as a witness.

Read the articles - very clear - bbc one was linked above

It isn't actually clear and doesn't really explain.
Sounds like it could just have been KP being KP.

BeardySchnauzer · 22/10/2026 17:59

The prosecution told the jury to ignore 90% of what she said - that’s a pretty big red flag!

Not defending anyone here but it’s been publicly recorded that she has full time custody of Jett and Bunny and has done since Nov 2025 - they aren’t in foster care.

No it hasn't
She claimed she was getting them back but how could she possibly have them in her care and simultaneously spending weeks and months in Dubai?? Of course she doesn't have them in her care
