I think Katie Price might be next in the docks.
She seems hell bent on ruining her exes lives.

According to reports this is no longer the case.

Katie has proven over and above that she is incapable of looking after a dog, even a fish, no judge in their right mind would give her back custody.
I recall when she was advertising a new show on an ivf chapter. It was after Kieran, I cant remember who was the potential father. I genuinely hoped that it wouldn’t work for her.

It’s a good question, why on earth hasn’t she been cancelled and how has she avoided a custodial sentence for the multiple driving offences?

This isn’t quite true. An ABE interview can be enough ‘evidence’ for an allegation of this nature to be charge aka she said vs he said.

In the majority of cases it’s because the complainant withdraws the complaint (there are statistics evidencing this).

I was pointing out to the previous poster that you can be charged for SA / rape just from an ABE interview and no other evidence.

She could have.
The attacks happened in 2016.
They separated in 2018, she was devastated he left her. Why would she be so upset if she knew he had raped a child.

I have no doubt that Kieran is low life scum, as are all the men she attracts/are attracted to her. But KP seems utterly obsessed with vengeance against anyone, so no I wouldn't put it past her. And it would appear that her behaviour made the case much less clear. When rape convictions are so woefully low as it is, as the saying foes, with a friend like her who needs enemies?

It's possible he did do it, but because of her outrageous conduct in court it actually made the jury go the other way because she seemed so unreliable. Like whatever KP says someone did, you automatically think they probably didn't.

Absolutely. Having experienced almost identical levels of vindictive, obsessive behaviour from my partners ex, I can well believe this being the case.

What an absolute nightmare he has been through.

Seems like she was grooming this minor “too”. Her paranoid tendencies accusing her husband of fancying a child. The two adults have no business discussing a child in this way or contacting a child to say KP will make her a star.

The BBC article has the defence barrister quoted as saying the victim ‘didn’t know’ over 30 times. Would that not be expected of a young woman who was only 13 at the time and it was 10 years ago?

Totally agree. They are clearly both narcissistic arseholes. If she was raped by him then her case has been damaged by the car crash that is KP and he's walked free.
