What obvious adult discoveries made you feel a bit of a plonker?

What’s something you learnt as an adult that made you think that’s completely obvious and yet I have never considered that….i feel like a bit of a plonker?

Mine was when taking tablets, the more you drink with it the better it will dissolve. I think alot of tablets are testing with the assumption people will drink 250ml alongside it.

Yes, it's different. In ny Dacia, the speed limiter button is on the right near the steering wheel, you press it, then select the speed you want (it starts at the speed you're currently at). The cruise control keeps the car at the speed you select until you brake and is very near the speed limiter selector

I also use an electric brush and move it like I would a Manuel which I think creates more froth and spit

@TessTickle0 I used to do that as well until I was told by my dentist that, over a period of time, it damages the enamel on your teeth.

You just need to hold the brush on each tooth for a short while and let it do it's job.

Correct, although nearly all chicks are female. The egg industry kills most males. This is being slowly phased out as the technologies for sexing undeveloped chicks in the egg become more readily available.

Good news, we say - but it's putting chicken sexers out of work! It's an actual skilled job. They can glance at a chick's bum and know if it's male or female. If you've ever examined a days-old chick up close, you'll understand what a near-magical ability this is 🐥

Yes, I can only tell once they start to grow and the males shoot up much more than the females.
