I guess a few things I wouldn't say out loud

that I think most conversations are so dull and boring. humans, we really aren't that interesting. we are all basically the same.

I wish I had not married either husband they were both losers in their own way. maybe that makes me a loser too.. I don't know what I thought marriage was.. it just seemed to be endless servitude to different people to the husband to the children in-laws whatever

It would have been nice to have been in love with someone who loved me just a little bit more than I loved them but that never happened because I loved them more than they loved me

I think it's the same with friends that I liked them more than they liked me and sometimes I didn't find that out until decades later

For once I wish somebody would treat me to something. like plan a surprise for me. take me out to dinner plan a holiday something I would actually like and they paid for it.. I've never really had that. I've always been the giver and other people have been the receiver or taker

People who have no desire to travel abroad and have no interest in different cultures are boring and dull as fuck.

Me too! It always felt like drudgery and people are so envious I feel guilty. There was a reason I stopped being a SAHM and those long summers take me back there. BUT I'm guessing yours are young and something amazing happened this Summer. My now teens don't rise til mid morning and I come and go as I please. I have been for bike rides, gone to the city for coffee and a browse, had my nails done, met friends for lunch near their work place and basically done whatever I want for the past few weeks. It's absolutely nothing like it was a few years ago. I feel very lucky now having made it through those years

On some level, I really do believe I should have right of way everywhere and everyone else should accommodate me on the roads. Obviously I drive according to the actual rules.

My eldest child’s behaviour aged 7-15 made me depressed, suicidal and I felt exceptionally lonely. I don’t think I will ever fully recover.

I have emails to confirm a relative wanted to leave me their property of approx £500,000 value. I could have contested the will. I didn’t. Despite never having any money and it would have changed my life. Only I know about the emails along with one other person who benefitted from not making the requested change.

Both my DH and my DS have had suicidal thoughts and I'm the common denominator in both their lives. So there is obviously something about me that makes those close to me want to kill themselves.

Would you say that about a man who earned less than his female partner?
