Another heatwave on the way, is everyone ready for number five?

Another heatwave coming.
Are we all ready for heatwave number 5.

I have a son that lives in Scotland and I have been checking the temperatures where he is obsessively and jealously! The hottest day he has had is 25c.

Tell me if you're jealous when we're still in single figures in April and we've had months of darkness!

I’m cold and tired, I’ve retreated to bed with two hot water bottles, a fleece blanket and a big mug of tea after a hot shower.
I’m very thankful for the cooler weather and that I can actually breathe easily.

Whereabouts are you @Tiddlywinks63 ?
That does sound a bit extreme?
Are you someone who usually feels cold ?

It was 26 degrees here today (In the South.) with 68% humidity. Apparently tomorrow it's 24 degrees. I want the cold weather! 😫

Woke up to the beautiful sound of heavy rain. It hasn’t lasted long , but very welcome. I hope it rains for weeks now as we need water.

Supposed to have had rain over night and we are bone dry here .
And it's suposed to be 28 today ?

It’s just one extreme to another though isn’t it. Weeks of insufferable heat and drought followed by weeks of flooding and boggy mud. Neither are great for crops.

No, not good for farmers not having any rain for months on end. The seasons are out of whack :(
