Guessing he's perhaps Done it by accident ot something

He already made florty comments to someone on tiktok a year ago
A women made a comment, that she likes dancing around to a certain song in her pants
To which he replies film it and post it

Hewas was following some random women he doesn't know

After that happened he said sorry amd it won't happen again... and the comment about filming it and posting was a joke

So is @Didntthinkthiswouldbeme more worried now that other people will know her husband is just another everyday porn user?

Don’t involve your DC in this

well they are gonna be involved, when they wonder why I'm breaking up the family
I shouldn't have to lie to them
I won't confront him
In front of them tho, you've talked me out of that

It's also weirder because family members can see it. You already said you won't confront him in front of your child (I agree that's a bad idea) but maybe do point out to him how cringe worthy it can be for adults children seeing their dad/granddad posting thirsty comments on Instagram or tiktok etc. Because if social media accounts are linked, and they often are because that's how people keep in touch, young people can wind up seeing their granddad's thirst tweets on AI Tiktokkers, or weird dad comments underneath instaporn. Utterly gruesome and yet another way generation Z is suffering.

Yes, I think you nailed it there

I was gonna keep quite for a day or two till I've searched his phone and laptop for more info.
But he's instn,y speed I'm posed off even though I've said nothing yet....
he's even got the audio city to sigh, as he can tell i'm pissed off
About something

Why the drama OP? He’s crossed a line before and you stayed with him, now he’s crossed a line again, so leave? Stop with the hunting, the dramatic set ups, the involvement of the kids, just end the relationship and walk away. Life honestly isn’t meant to be this much hassle.

Well becuse it is easy to accidentally like something on socials

It is easy to accidentally like something, but his algorithm must have shown him the pornstar's posts for him to do that. Funnily enough, I've never 'accidentally' liked any porn related posts because Instagram doesn't show them to me. It shows me the things I click on regularly - holidays, baking and tennis!
Sorry but your OH sounds like an absolute sleaze bucket.

The trust is gone. The relationship is done.

Are you being deadly serious 🤣 Jesus's christ, hes liked a picture of a porn star on a social media platform! Your all acting like hes climbed into bed with another woman!! Honestly to god.... and as for wanting to look through his phone 🤦 have a word with yourself l. Talk about being insecure

MightyGoldBear · 21/07/2026 20:55

I'm so sorry op

Breath op take some time to think about yourself, what you feel and what you want. You don't have to do anything right now. It's a shock and you might regret acting too soon.

The phone information isn't going anywhere and whilst I understand right now it feels like it holds all the answers and proof. You don't need it you already have enough.

seahart · 21/07/2026 20:57

How did you know he had liked / commented on that account? Wouldn’t you have to be looking at it yourself to see? Not sure how TikTok works.

SpaceCat87 · 21/07/2026 20:57

Didntthinkthiswouldbeme · 21/07/2026 18:13

Wonder if he's done this like by accident

Oh, hun. He hasn't. Please don't delude yourself.

It's fine for you to have different boundaries in your relationship but this post isn't about your relationship.

I completely understand that, but come on... its a picture of someone who isnt going to look twice at him if they were to ever walk past each other in the street! It seems very far fetched and blow WAY out of proportion! Everyone is entitled to there opinion.

And that's your opinion. For me it wouldn't be a blow way out of proportion. To me its not the behaviour of someone i find attractive or could respect at all.

It's fine for us all to differ. Op isn't wrong in how she feels about this just because someone else wouldn't be bothered by it.

I think you'd find if you were to ask 100 people if she's over reacting the majority would day YES.. I wont comment again, I had my say and like you said! It's not my relationship

Didntthinkthiswouldbeme · 21/07/2026 18:58

Because I wanna know exactly what he's done he will try to minimise as a accidental like becuse there is only one

He's not following anyone, there's no messages
He's even left his account open

Look how many examples you have that you’ve got building up in your head. What would you tell a friend?

why is he so indiscreet ? Why is he so creepy towards women? Why do you need the exact number. You have more than enough examples

decide how you feel and what you want and what sort of partner you want. Don’t be distracted by the minutiae

Boreded · 21/07/2026 21:14

Didntthinkthiswouldbeme · 21/07/2026 18:18

What should I do then ? Keep it from the eldest, when the eldest thinks he's great

him liking a picture isn’t something that changes who he is as a father. Why would you want to taint his opinion of his dad because of a marital issue.

FWIW your attitude towards your husband is worse than him liking a picture.

If he is crossing lines you can’t accept then talk to him and/or leave him. Don’t bring your kid into it.

Its going to be drama splitting up a family with children

You have to pick your hard here, there isn’t an easy option.

At least if you separate, deal with the initial fall out and split, get the kids settled into new routines etc, you will then be calm, content, you will be settled and free of this drama.

Or stay, and spend the rest of your life obsessing over what this creep is doing and making you look silly, questioning yourself constantly… I know what I’d rather, and I know what I’d want my kids to do if they were to find themselves in the same position. Lead by example.

AImportantMermaid · 21/07/2026 21:15

There was a man in our street who kept doing this on Facebook and his posts were public. In the end someone must have told him because he started posting that he’d been hacked and then he left FB and then his wife left him taking the kids and half the value of the house he’d paid off before he met her.

I agree with you. I'm shocked at all these comments over a like on a picture. What a drama!

But it isn’t just liking one picture is it? It’s the pattern of behaviour, including a directly flirty comment to a woman.

Also, the original comment that poster replied to was someone saying the trust is gone therefore the relationship is dead. It doesn’t matter whether the op is over reacting or not, the point is, if she’s at the stage of wanting to snoop and she has even suggested setting up a fake profile as a Honey trap for him, the trust has gone for her - and that is a dead relationship.

His behaviour is gross for sure - but she’s wanting to trick and trap him, which is just mental. He should be leaving her.

Tillow4ever · 21/07/2026 21:45

Didntthinkthiswouldbeme · 21/07/2026 19:10

I could set up a fake account, and catfish him, arrange to meet him see how far he'd go.....

I think a lot of posters just have missed this. This is absolutely crazy OP. If you are at the stage where you think you need to do this, you have no relationship.

What happens if you do it and he doesn’t take the bait? Would you accept that all is ok? Or would you try another account with a different photo? Keep going until you get one that reels him in?

And show photos would you use? Some poor women on the internet who didn’t consent to their photos being used in such a way?

if you don’t trust him, leave him.
