This brings to mind a speech a US admiral made at one of these Singapore conferences a few years back. The admiral totally nailed it in my opinion re the CPC. I have tried looking for it again many times but cant find it. I need to try again.

The article basically said the CPC had one thing on it's mind - survival of the CPC. To paraphrase a bit "
