Oh I can top that. I have a distant acquaintance (like son in law of a family friend). He claims his first wife ‘date raped’ 🙄 him by drugging him to get pregnant to trap him. Not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES!! They have 3 children. Like 8 year spread between all three, but apparently, he didn’t want kids and was ‘date raped’ all three times (and only those three times it seems). And that’s why his first wife doesn’t deserve any maintenance. 🤔

The sad thing is my friend’s daughter is actually lovely and they needed fertility treatment to conceive because she has some fertility issues. But everyone in the family trots this story out like somehow it is completely believable. 🤷🏻‍♀️ They are otherwise really rational people.
