Thanks to the couple from silicon valley a judge is deciding today after three years in the high court of Ireland if tattle life will be allowed to continue!

Come midnight it's very possible it will cease to exist!

OP posts:

That’s what I thought. I’m on both sites and saw this thread in active. I didn’t scuttle from anywhere!

Me too! And Kiwi-the-unspeakable.

GingerBeverage · 14/03/2026 06:18

What did happen to Jack Monroe? (And don’t pm me a tattle link, I don’t have time for that fiddle.)

Charlize43 · 14/03/2026 06:26

People discussing influencers, celebrities, WLIs, fitness, TV shows, politics, cooking, cats, taking the piss out of the worst examples, some pretty dire threads along the same lines as the interminable Salt Path ones on here (including shit poetry), lots of swearing, but not much in the way of attacking people experiencing domestic abuse, no images of CSA, no sponsored posts with falsely attributed quotes that weren't even for the same product, no brand partnerships or affiliate links, fewer competitive postings on income, height of children, cost of clothes - stuff like that.

The Salt Path threads on MN were some of the best.

The OP is going to be totally devastated this morning as Tattle is still standing. 😂

LemonFancy · 14/03/2026 07:05

Oh, it’s still there OP! What happened?!

A very slow cancellation. Now works for Southend council in a role she’s not qualified for.

Rituelec · 14/03/2026 09:30

The thing is the majority of tattle isnt even lies. Its just people stating facts about things and quite often they can prove it.

Rituelec · 14/03/2026 09:31

People like Clemmie Hooper even had a tattle account, where she would slate people she was friends with, she finally admitted it 😆

ELRB · 14/03/2026 10:20

If OP has children that aren't grown ups I really hope her calling tattle the worst site on the internet is hyperbole.

MusicMakesItAllBetter · 14/03/2026 10:36

Never even heard of it

365RubyRed · 14/03/2026 10:44

Tattle is still standing, and so is the thread taking the piss out of Mumsnet.

There are far more unpleasant places on the internet. Also, all talk of Katie Price is banned over there, so that, for me, is a good thing. Although, to be fair, there isn't a huge continent of Mumsnetters wanting to discuss the woman's every move, so Mumsnet is a KP free zone most of the time, too.
There's room for all sorts of different forums on the internet. I used to post on Digital Spy until it got bought up by Hearst magazines, and deleted their general chat, politics and showbiz threads. Tattle seems quite benign to me, unless you are Harry, Meghan or an influencer.

Not that I want to discuss KP but why is it banned?

GardenCovent · 14/03/2026 11:17

If your post is genuine op it looks like the judge ruled not to take down as I’m happily in it today

NeverDropYourMooncup · 14/03/2026 11:21

Because some of the posters on it did breach the terms and conditions of the site.

LittleGreenDragons · 14/03/2026 11:24

Just checking in to see @ByLoudDenimDog gleeful post now it's past midnight.

Oh...

Oh that's interesting. I was on a KP thread here, on MN. Mainly when the story unfolded about her new conman husband and his preposterous claims and very obvious AI fabricated lifestyle... although eventually, I lost interest.

Clearly, even if Tattle is taken down, the conversations will just move elsewhere; MN, Reddit, etc. It's a double sided coin as these people are attention seekers so it seems silly that they get upset if people talk about them, which is what they wanted in the first place.

EarthSight · 14/03/2026 12:38

notmuchtoit · 13/03/2026 21:34

Why do Tattlers always trot this one out?

It would have no difference on my life if it didn't exist.

Come on. You must have lived a very blessed life if you think that's the worst on the internet. The websites showing decapitations? Suicides? The misogynist cesspit forums? I've seen or heard of enough.

365RubyRed · 14/03/2026 12:44

NeverDropYourMooncup · 14/03/2026 11:21

Because some of the posters on it did breach the terms and conditions of the site.

And they took it into real life, approaching her in the street and generally behaving like deranged stalkers.

Hobnobswantshernameback · 14/03/2026 13:17

I have no idea why people engage with these bitchplop and run OPs
pages and pages of froth engineered by a goady fucker
ah well

NoddyFromToyTown2026 · 14/03/2026 13:43

Can I just make a point that since you can't comment on the same thread with two different usernames I haven't said one fucking thing on here so far. The obsession is a little bit much...

Anyway changing name back again, as you were...

ThatCyanCat · 14/03/2026 14:00

kkloo · 14/03/2026 00:37

That's because you're not allowed to criticise anything anyone said, most of them are on the same page of just revelling in the bitchiness so they tend to be in agreement so why would there be nastiness between posters, they're getting the nastiness kick from the bitching itself.

You mean on Tattle? Of course you can criticise and disagree. You will, however, be ejected sharpish if you go on a thread and do the "why do you care, I'm so above this discussion I'm in" thing. On the one hand it's a bit harsh. On the other, to paraphrase a mod on there, those people clearly aren't a fit for Tattle, so why waste time and create drama?

I do agree that Tattle is vicious about public figures but generally very pleasant within itself among users. The closed doors probably have something to do with that.

NoddyFromToyTown2026 · 14/03/2026 14:10

@ThatCyanCat I used to post regularly on there - and yes I was banned for having a previous account. However despite me admitting that I am by my own admission vulnerable and have mental health issues I am still mocked repeatedly by the MN thread (and no I'm not an influencer/famous, etc.). My mental health is mocked, they make up ludicrous rumours about my sex life, etc. - all the while claiming that they would never be cruel or mocking about someone vulnerable like they do on MN.

You’ve also posted on tattle about being banned on Mumsnet so how are you still on here?
