I’m guessing not, it’s a lot quieter over there and mostly that seems to be because they aren’t taking on new accounts and haven’t been, for the most part, for a long time.

No Irish court case would impact Northern Ireland, which is in the UK.

In this case, however, the court case is in Belfast (Northern Ireland) so it’s a court case in the UK.
It has nothing to do with the Irish courts.

It's a UK court (OP doesn't seem to realise that Belfast is in the UK, not ROI), ruling on a website owned and operated by a UK citizen, and the harm that they are ruling on was incurred in the UK. The matter of jurisdiction is settled.
