Please help me with comfortable knickers

I have worn M&S full knickers size 18 since I had my DDs - I loved them and they were always comfortable. Then I lost weight and bought the same in a smaller size 12- I constantly have an uncomfortable knicker-up-the-bum situation and it's genuinely getting me down. I went up sizes - even all the way back up to a size 18. Nothing is right anymore.

People on here always recommend M&S full briefs, so is my bum just deformed or misshapen after weight loss? It looks normal-ish to the untrained eye. The gussets (shiver, hate that word) just seem so narrow 😩. I teach all day and cannot be constantly waiting to rearrange my underwear!

Please recommend me something reasonably priced which might help!

M&S high waist, high leg ones I find good.

I'd also recommend Innersey. I've had a few packs and never had any issues with peeling gusset!

Wirarpa on Amazon. I mean, the ratings speak for themselves here. Cotton, comfy, wash so well they always come like new even with period leaks, they are just the best pants ever. Sexy? No. But I won’t buy any others now.

Those are the ones I buy but the last lot were too high waist and so didn’t sit right on the groin area. Shame as they are otherwise fab!

I wouldn’t recommend the cotton multipacks from M&S anymore as they just don’t last.

Trust me to be the odd one out but I love Snug.

I’ve started wearing long johns. Revelation- no edge in the crease at the top of your legs, no vpl, nothing travels anywhere. Some have a cotton gusset, others don’t. In the past I cared about the gusset, but it doesn’t seem to be a problem now possibly more modern fabrics.

I second boody. Have you tried the flexifit from M&S though?

I've actually found Primark knickers more durable and comfortable than M&S.

I have lost weight and M&S are my go to I wore the full briefs it's the first time the gusset fits my fanny without cheese wiring me lol !
But there is always a but I purchased more same pants same size they felt a lot smaller and the same with the thongs there good because gusset is nice and again repurchased was slightly smaller it's this that annoys me with M&S the sizing is not consistent!

I concur! The lace top ones particularly- I will definitely buy again and replace the more expensive pants from m&s. Lovely quality, wash and tumble dry well and keep their shape

These knickers are the best I have ever worn. I threw out all my old ones and now all my knickers are wirapa. I also converted my best friend and my mother in law.
