A couple of the pics say "AI Rendered photo" when you hover over them, but most of them don't.

If it's real, my money is on it being owned by a footballer...

Dreadful. Soulless, grey, too much space. No real personality and quire tacky decor. I hate the vastness of space as it feels too big, there is no real sense of being a cosy, homely environment.

I definitely wouldn't pay £5m for it!

All that grey marble makes me feel very cold and nervous about cracked heads.

The green velvet circle thing reminds me of a tacky nightclub from 2004, but also looks superimposed.

When I saw the stair carpet I said to myself, “Oooh, I like that!”

It’s about the only thing though.

The scale between the two buildings doesn’t look right.

If you click on street view there’s only a different house with a building site opposite.

It definitely doesn’t look real does it . It looks like a computerised dolls house , I think it’s AI generated .

Definitely got the catalogue of bad taste and maxed out either from a real catalogue for wankers with more money than taste or the AI version. Crude money based prints too.

It’s defo aimed at the professional footballers market. My late DAunt lived in Darras Hall she used to have several neighbours who played for Newcastle.

I supposed it’s just a quick jaunt in the bright red Lamborghinis down the A road and Ponteland Road to St James’s Park.

Oh, I thought I'd seen it before! This house must've had a thread on MN three years ago. It doesn't look like anyone lives there, but I reckon it's real. Maybe the occupants slipped on marble flooring and died of their injuries ... one by one, within a week of trying to move in.

I think they've had AI images of the exterior done, either because there's a massive roadworks out the front or they're privacy freaks. Darras Road on Street View has half a dozen properties greyed out with 'google fog'

56 photos and only 1 of the kitchen (a corner of it). Is there a garden? Is there a floor plan? Mind boggling.

Darras Hall is where a lot of footballers live, trying to think who in the Newcastle team is responsible for this. I want to throw lots of colourful paint around to liven it up
