It's really interesting. And challenging.

Goodness! You would have to have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the entire U.K. rail network. I've not even heard of many of those - rather like the more recent book ones. Sadly, I have rather lost interest in contemporary fiction.

Look for Longer worked for me because of being so area specific and those things are embedded in my brain because I lived in London for so long.

It took me so long to get the first seven or eight and then kind of got the idea. Lots of bad puns!

Must say I’ve never visited the stations of Beaver Pool, Beeswax Town and Strawberry Throw.

I think so! I haven’t got them all by a long chalk. Nothing with bees.

15 so far. I don't think I can see 40 clues, let alone solve them!

I got one straight away, I would struggle getting all of them.

21 now. I had a flash of inspiration about one of the football clues when I woke up.

Well done - I’ve got to 30 with some clues from my cousin who sent it to me and is a huge map nerd. Very stuck now.

I cheated and looked at the answers, and think a lot of them are crap! I can't even understand how some of them relate to the pictures, the puns are really quite a stretch in a lot of cases...

Wax village isn't wax. Its another substance associated with bees. And a bigger settlement than a village.

Oh god that ant one was so bad. Like the car one is also a terrible pun. The star one too, though you have to admire the vision!
