At the same time according to Zelenskyy since Friday night there have been almost no strikes on Ukraine's energy facilities except for one airstrike on the gas infrastructure in the Donetsk region.

🇺🇸🇺🇦The USA has still not paid out $250 million in energy aid to Ukraine allocated during the presidency of Joe Biden. Reuters writes this citing informed sources.
This refers to funds originally intended for financing liquefied natural gas purchases and restoring energy infrastructure after Russian attacks.
Part of this money during the Biden administration was supposed to be allocated through the Agency for International Development (USAID). But after Donald Trump came to power the activities of USAID were effectively liquidated therefore the funds allocated to Ukraine became stuck "in limbo."
Reuters notes that the delay in aid is caused rather by bureaucratic confusion in the USA and is not an attempt to exert pressure on Ukraine.
A Ukrainian official said that Kyiv is aware of this delay but is afraid to raise this issue publicly so as not to provoke a diplomatic scandal.

Elon Musk responded to the request of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov to help solve the problem of Starlink usage on Russian strike UAVs.
Fedorov thanked Musk and the president of "SpaceX" Gwynne Shotwell "for the quick reaction and the immediate start of work on solving the problem."

⚡️Emergency power outages have begun in Kyiv, and the metro has stopped due to low voltage, Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported.
Escalators are also not working in the metro. Media report disruptions in water and heat supply in some districts.

🇪🇪 Estonia will ban citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus without permanent residence from purchasing real estate.

The Polish Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) placed responsibility for the cyberattack on hackers from the 16th Center of the FSB, which handles electronic intelligence.

❗️The Ministry of Defense, together with SpaceX, will develop a system where only authorized Starlink terminals will be able to operate in Ukraine.

This is the next step in the fight against Russian drones using Starlink to attack Ukraine, Minister of Defense Mykhailo Fedorov reported.

He added that in the coming days, instructions for Ukrainian users regarding Starlink registration for verification will be released.

Unverified terminals will be disconnected.

🔹 Russia has once again attacked Ukraine with missiles and drones. Here is what is known as of now:

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a Russian drone hit near a service bus of one of the enterprises, killing 15 people and injuring 7 others.

In the Kharkiv region, three people were injured as a result of an attack on the village of Khotimlia. A fire broke out over an area of about 400 square meters.

In the Donetsk region, the Russians struck Sloviansk with a FAB aerial bomb. A 43 year old woman, a resident of Kramatorsk, was killed. Another local resident sustained injuries.

🇪🇺 Ukraine imported a record volume of electricity from the EU in January amid Russian attacks.

Such support, according to the Ministry of Energy, was ensured thanks to the expansion of throughput capacity: in January, the capacity limit for imports from the EU was set at 2,450 MW.

🔸 "Russia does not respect any agreements," the EU Ambassador to Ukraine commented on the Russian attacks amid the negotiations in the UAE.

For businesses, there will also be a simple and convenient algorithm for verifying Starlink terminals — online via the Diia portal.

Military personnel do not need to contact the ASN. A separate secure channel via DELTA already operates for the Defense Forces.

There is also no need to put personal terminals on the balance of a military unit or transfer account data — it is enough to protect the terminal from blocking by adding it to the ‘white list.’

We will provide detailed instructions for registering terminals in the near future.”
