Looking for some inspiration and being nosey in equal measure.

Today, I've eaten 3 rice cakes with butter, cream cheese, lots of onion (red and brown), rocket and cucumber plus half a tin of M&S cream of tomato soup.

Would love to see what others have had. 🙏🏼

This ended up being today's lunch. 2 eggs, scrambled with salt and pepper and spring onions on 1 slice of protein sourdough seeded bread.

I was in Aldi last night and saw the sourdough protein bread I mentioned up thread and fancied it, lol.

We've just finished our homemade sourdough sandwich loaf last night (photo attached) and I was going to make another today, but will now make it on Monday instead.

Had a late breakfast of 2 poached eggs on avocado and sourdough toast (10am) and not eaten lunch yet as been busy so we’re about to stop at Wagamama on way home for linner( lunch/dinner) Probably have a prawn pad Thai with udon noodles .

It’s the weather for it!

I ended up with a Costa Middle Eastern chicken salad on Friday. Lovely proper ham and coleslaw sandwich yesterday on my way to hospital visiting. And a sneaky whopper junior meal at the airport today after hospital visiting on my way back “home”. (My first BK meal in about 6 months …but there was definitely itself something missing in the burger, possibly mayonnaise).

Last minute decision to use up a cucumber going soft 😂

Mozzarella ball, diced, with red onion, cucumber, salt and pepper, and a drizzle each of balsamic glaze and chilli infused evo oil.

It was very nice, with a spicy kick.

It's definitely getting to the weather for soups and toasties, though.

We've had lamb neck and pearl barley broth for dinner at the start of the week.

I made gammon and barley broth. Bloody lovely. Winter has begun!

No lunch today. Had a late breakfast of Greek yoghurt/ kefir/ nuts and berries. Roast chicken for early dinner(5pm ish) and that will be it today.

Toast, one piece with marmite, one with peanut butter and jam, seems to be the only thing I can regularly eat at the moment!

One cheese scone baked this morning and one cherry/Christmas fruit scone, also baked this morning. Small glass of Baileys to accompany 😁

Homemade veg & lentil soup. I’ve made a big batch so it will last for a few days of lunches. It was delicious.

Working from home today and so far I've had a handful of grapes and a packet of crisps. I get completely thrown when Im not in my usual routine!

Loving some of these ideas! Today I had itsu chicken soup dumplings with some pickled carrots and cucumber and some kimchi. Tonight I've made a load of this Mexican chicken soup in the slow cooker so looking forward to having that for lunch the next few days.

Some Toblerone and a Nespresso coffee.

Ham and coleslaw sandwich, homemade sweet potato, coconut and lentil soup. Massive apple, few dried dates.

I'm having soup today; chicken, green peppers and soy sauce, lots of ginger, garlic and onions.
