Add a photo if possible, too.

Looking for some inspiration and being nosey in equal measure.

Today, I've eaten 3 rice cakes with butter, cream cheese, lots of onion (red and brown), rocket and cucumber plus half a tin of M&S cream of tomato soup.

Would love to see what others have had. 🙏🏼

I made a mushroom and red onion frittata 😋

That looks delicious and the sort of thing I often make 😊

aperolspritzbasicbitch · 28/11/2025 13:33

Spicy ramen, with a couple of shittake mushrooms, bok choi and a egg and a couple of chicken gyoza

DollopOfFun · 28/11/2025 13:34

Grilled turkey bacon, tomatoes and rocket on granary bread.

@ShesTheAlbatross I love eggs. You just reminded me that I boiled some yesterday, so that will form part of my lunch tomorrow 😋

I had omelette with peppers, spring onions and mushrooms on Monday, and a bit of lettuce.

Very unexciting lunch here, cheese and cucumber sandwich and an apple. Tea.

Notevry1ishonest · 28/11/2025 13:36

Found a photo of it 😅 I had some grated cheddar on it as well.

Greek yoghurt, milled flaxseed, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, blueberries, banana, little bit of grated lemon zest. Herbal tea.
Usual lunch when I have gastritis 😢

DoctorMarten · 28/11/2025 13:37

Tomato soup with Parmesan cheese and a double decker 😂

1/2 a tub of sainsburys chicken & veg soup and a wholemeal wrap with chicken breast, coleslaw and lettuce. And a soya yogurt.
Will have fruit mid-afternoon.

Notevry1ishonest · 28/11/2025 13:42

Most of these sound good, tbh.
I'll be adding cooked chicken to next week's lunch menu. Love a beetroot salad with it.

I also love ramen, @aperolspritzbasicbitch , in fact I recently spent 3 weeks eating pretty much just ramen on holiday 😂

Oh go on then, I'm just about to eat it so I can actually post a picture. Having one of those fun "oh crap I've got all this random shite in the fridge that I bought with good intentions but is about to go out of date what tf do I do with it?" lunches

Roast sweet potato, chickpeas and beets in harissa with some slightly sad rocket and a big splat of hummus.

That sounds nice, just more likely to have it for breakfast 😋 Greek yogurt is one of my go to ingredients.

Sorry, I’ve eaten it, so no photo. I ate 3 small slices GF bread (Scharr Vitality) with 2 rashers back bacon done in the air fryer, 2 tomatoes & about half an aubergine, cubed, seasoned & oven roasted in olive oil with hot chilli relish.

MsCactus · 28/11/2025 13:46

Philadelphia on toast with slices of cucumber - delicious!

Notevry1ishonest · 28/11/2025 13:46

@JudgeBread that looks lush! I love those random whatever is left/ needs using up meals... we have them quite often 😂

Eta: what did you coat the veg in... looks tasty... just harissa paste?

No pic as it has already been eaten but a slice of Aldi protein sourdough toast with some hummus. A few bits of celery and some Greek yogurt with nuts, mixed seeds, frozen berries and a drink made of scoop of Huel black... I'm trying to eat a bit more protein / less sugary carbs at the moment.

DarkEyedSailor · 28/11/2025 13:49

Lentil and pumpkin soup. A lemsip.

Nigellastwinklylights · 28/11/2025 13:50

I think I am letting the side down here.
A slice of panettone from the panettone I was saving for Christmas and a handful of twiglets. I will eat some fruit and protein later on. Promise.

PinkCherryPie · 28/11/2025 13:50

No photo, but was really really unhealthy so not exactly inspo!
Didn't have time to go to the shops this week yet, so just what was in the near empty freezer.

I had 6 mini party pizzas and a share bag of walkers thai sweet chilli crisps that DH bought me (he shouldn't have as I can't stop at a few and he knows this).

Mikart · 28/11/2025 13:51

Poached eggs on crumpets
