Hello fellow bargain hunters!

Black Friday is just over a week away (its official date is the 28 November) and most retailers have already started slashing prices. Today Amazon has launched their Black Friday sale and the deals are coming in thick and fast.

We thought we’d set up this thread so we can share the best savings our expert deal hunters find - and we’d love for you to share your biggest discounts and best buys here too.

Whether you’re ticking off your Christmas list, shopping for home essentials or looking to treat yourself, we’ve got you covered.

MNHQ get early access to Black Friday deals from a whole heap of retailers, and we’ve been busy cross-referencing the best deals with products Mumsnetters recommend most highly - from air fryers to buggies, and robot vacuum cleaners to this year’s most-pined for Christmas toys - so we can bring you the best deals (and leave out the rest). We’ll be updating this thread all week with the latest savings as they happen.

We’re also comparing prices on camelcamelcamel where possible, to ensure the offers are authentic and as good as they seem.

We know not everyone loves Black Friday, but if you’re looking to pick up a bargain during the biggest sale event of the year, you’re in the right place.
If there’s something specific you’re shopping for, post your requests here and our dedicated team of bargain-hunters will be on the case.

💸 Huge saving on household favourites

💸 Top deals on ways to fight the cold

💸 Christmas gift inspiration

Happy shopping,

MNHQ 💐

Victoria secret pj's that are not £60!! Requested gift but im loathed to pay that much.

Hi @CombatBarbie I'm struggling to find Victoria Secret pjs at a lower price atm, but if you sign up to the VS newsletter you can get 10% off your first purchase, so I guess that's something?

Is your heart set on VS? There are lots of lovely luxury pyjama brands around if you're open to alternatives.

I like the look of these PJs from Fable (£38)
M&S also have some nice options on sale like this navy blue cotton set for £27
There's also 20% of selected Hush PJs at John Lewis (these are £47)

Any offers for UGG boots ?

Hi @Theredjellybean I'm not seeing anything particularly exciting on sale for UGG at the moment even though Schuh and JD Sports are promoting Black Friday discounts. Maybe they'll cut prices next week?

It looks like UGG hasn't started their sale yet, but you can sign up for early access to the official UGG sale on their website.

RayaMumsnet · 23/11/2025 22:58

Right, I'm off. I hope that's been helpful, thanks for all your comments!

Anyone seen any offers for portable air conditioning units. Wondering if any bargains as it’s cold and not much need for them at the moment

Hi @francy99 that's a smart move but unfortunately there aren't many deals about. I think portable air conditioners were so popular this summer many brands had stock issues!

Here's the best deal I've seen:

Bosch Cool 4000 Portable AC - 3-in-1: Air Conditioner, Dehumidifier, Fan, was £599, now £479 - this one has 20% off, plus it doubles as a dehumidifier so you can put it to good use over the winter

Lotsalotsagiggles · 27/11/2025 06:51

Looking for a robot for a 7-8 year old boy

Confused and stuck, any ideas?

Also the Sarah jessical parker 'lovely' perfume for my mum. Any good deals on the 200ml?

Any advice so welcome, thank you xxx

Hi @Lotsalotsagiggles 😃

The best price I've found for SJP Lovely 200ml is at JustMyLook, where it's £18.

If your 7-8yo is a coding beginner, Mumsnetters highly recommend the Clementoni Science Museum Mio Robot 2.0, was £30, now just £21

If he's familiar with Scratch (or up for learning a coding language) the Makeblock mBot Coding Robot is a good option - was £90, now £72

... or for something more DIY, my DS loved the BBC Micro:bit at that age, ELECFREAKS microbit 32 in 1 Wonder Building Bricks Coding Kit or ELECFREAKS microbit Ring:bit 6-in-1 Building Bricks Kit look great, and have 5% off for Black Friday - you'll need to get a micro:bit for him if he doesn't have one already, though!
