The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) fully reinstated the rights of the Russian Paralympic Committee on Saturday, September 27, during the IPC General Assembly in Seoul, South Korea.
In the first round of voting, 111 delegates opposed the complete removal of the RPC, 55 supported it, and 11 abstained. In the second round, 91 voted for partial elimination, 77 against, and 8 abstained.

European Commissioner for Defense and Space Andrius Kubilius said the main goal of these “walls” is to enhance capabilities for detecting, tracking, and intercepting drones.
Hungary has joined the “drone wall” meeting, reportedly at its own request, and Slovakia has also submitted a request to participate.
Two 17-year-olds have been detained in the Netherlands on suspicion of spying for Russia.
According to De Telegraaf, the father of one of the boys said his son was recruited via Telegram by a pro-Russian hacker. Prosecutors reported that one of the suspects had access to Europol, Eurojust, and the Canadian Embassy in The Hague, and possessed a device capable of monitoring nearby networks and intercepting data.
Police said one detainee will remain in custody for two more weeks, while the other will be placed under house arrest. Under the Dutch Foreign State Intervention Act, espionage carries a maximum sentence of eight years in prison.
Unidentified drones have been spotted in Schleswig-Holstein in northern Germany, near the Danish border, broadcaster NDR reports.
Regional interior minister Sabine Sütterlin-Waak said the origin of the drones and the purpose of their flights remain unknown. An investigation is underway into possible espionage.
Schleswig-Holstein has experienced several drone incidents before. In January, drones were seen flying over Schwessing air base, which hosts Patriot air defense systems.

Locals first spotted it, and police later confirmed the sighting. No targets were downed. Authorities believe the incident may be linked to recent drone activity in Denmark and Norway.
