I don't support cheating at all. But I don't think anyone deserves to be "cleaned out" during a divorce unless there's like serious physical or mental abuse. If it's a just we can't be together anymore just divorce.

I disagree. Why should his wife/her husband suffer financially because these two were being unfaithful?

Isn’t this an invasion of privacy though? They could conceivably sue.

How could they possibly sue? It's a public place!

Cucy · 17/07/2025 18:13

I thought it just looked like an affair rather than it actually being one and if would turn out that they’d skipped work or something.

I feel so sorry for their partners.

It’s one thing to have an affair but at least be secretive about it.

What an absolute extra slap in the face that they are brazen enough to go to a concert and act like that in front of other people.

It’s so disrespectful.

I hope she gets sacked and his wife takes half his fortune.

Don't you hope he gets sacked too?

pucksack · 17/07/2025 19:44

They made it so much worse for themselves with the reactions from both of them. I

Most people react instinctively rather than thinking about how to react first...

ThoraHeard · 17/07/2025 19:44

I feel very sorry for their families that this has blown up so publicly.

Westfacing · 17/07/2025 19:46

Just looked at the video again - it looks like an office night out, no doubt an exclusive box as the boss is so wealthy, but the other people around them seem younger.

Would these colleagues really be in on a full-blown affair, or just witness to the boss being inappropriate with the willing head of HR?

People often behave badly on a works night out!

TweedleDumbAndTweedleDeeeeeeeee · 17/07/2025 19:47

I bet they’re no longer fans of Coldplay now. How embarrassing but serves them right!

Yes, while people are rubbing their hands with glee about this, there are people hurt and in the spotlight not of their doing. Most of us are lucky that if we had a family breakdown or crisis like this, we have privacy about it but thats not the case for this couples family and thats horrible.

Yes, it makes me a bit uncomfortable tbh.

Nodlikeyouwerelistening · 17/07/2025 19:49

There’s affairs being discovered and then there’s this. The poor spouses and families. What an absolute mess.

FancyBiscuitsLevel · 17/07/2025 19:51

SirRaymondClench · 17/07/2025 18:46

His poor wife. I wonder where the piece of shit said said he was on the night.

I hope his wife gets everything.

looks like a private box and there’s at least one other employee there, possibly the others near them are also colleagues- so work night out/corporate event to see Coldplay.

Which makes it more embarrassing for the two spouses- they clearly didn’t feel the need to hide their affair from colleagues, so must be in the open at work.

I mean I just don't think anyone deserves to have half their assets ripped from them due to a divorce.

I understand if there's genuine abuse but if 2 people don't love each other anymore, just end it

FestivusMiracle · 17/07/2025 19:55

I feel a bit sorry for them. No-one knows, or deserves to know, their story and yet they’re now being pilloried and judged all over the internet.

Hollietree · 17/07/2025 19:55

The irony that if they had just styled it out, smiled and waved, it would never have gone viral and their spouses would likely never have known.

SarfLondonLad · 17/07/2025 19:57

No idea who these people are.
Had to use Google.

OonaStubbs · 17/07/2025 20:03

Serves them right for going to see Coldplay.

Absentmindedsmile · 17/07/2025 20:06

There will be some sort of announcement soon to tell the fascinated world, that they had both in fact already separated from their respective wife / husband. The world loves a bit of inaccurate gossip.

There’s no way they’d be stupid enough to conduct an affair not just in public but in such a visible public place. Surely.

Don’t see how, they’re at a public event

Yachties · 17/07/2025 20:09

I feel sorry for their partners and any family but do I feel sorry for them? Not at all. Karma

What on earth do you mean? The baseline in any divorce is 50:50 of JOINT assets, but allowances are made for individual needs, such as provision for children, which may result in the chief carer getting a higher proportion of assets. What’s wrong with that?

outerspacepotato · 17/07/2025 20:27

Chris Martin has one less hater now. Calling out cheaters, awesome! ☠️

They’re having an affair. One that their colleagues seem to know about (judging by the fact their colleagues were with them at the concert) and they seemed very keen to hide.

He didn't know they were cheating, he was making a joke, do you think he somehow knew about it and engineered the whole situation?
