I really don't think a 19 yo would want an album from the 70s. I was born in the 70s, that would be the equivalent to my Mum getting me 'Glenn Miller's Greatest Hits' on my 19th birthday.

For a 19 year old girl, Jagged Little Pill, hands down. It came to mind before I even saw you'd suggested it yourself in your OP.

And just to add she was amazing at Glastonbury today, still sounds so current and relevant - to my 50 year old ears anyway 🤣
