Did you pull your skirt up at senior school to make it shorter? my colleagues are saying that they did

i started senior school in 1977 and have no recollection of pulling my skirt up,
it was quite a long skirt as far as i can remember, and often worn with an embarrassing home knitted jumper!
i guess i wasnt cool
but i dont think skirts were pulled up in my school

Pulled up really high on the waist and then the top rolled down, looking back it looked like you had a circular sausage round your waist. 😀
