I loved the Chicken Supreme. Also their Beef Italienne, but that's going back a long way.
LetMeGoogleThat; Campbells still do a condensed Cream of Celery soup. I sometimes find it in Waitrose.
M&S used to have an individual Pear and Frangipane tart on their bakery counter. I used to get one on my way to work.

I have had the Campbells as a substitute, but get unreasonably annoyed at the additional prep required 🤣

I really miss the ham and mushroom toast toppers!

I've just messaged Heinz to beg them to bring them back lol

Check the expiration date 😁

They are fine, honestly. I wouldn't buy them for myself, let alone an elderly person, if they weren't.

Why can you just not accept that in some parts of the country we can get them (someone from Bristol said she could) and some parts you can't? And when a helpful suggestion of where you might look is made, why do you have to look for another potential problem and not just say 'Thanks, but I looked there and they didn't have any.'

Some people just want to put others down.

PersephoneSmith · 14/06/2025 13:05

I thought of another one. Those Neapolitan chocolates with the different flavours. Coffee was my favourite.
There’s nothing quite like them, they were awesome.

PersephoneSmith · 14/06/2025 13:08

And coffee flavoured matchmakers! Sensing a theme

I wasn't putting anyone down. You're being ridiculous, getting so worked up about chocolate 🤷‍♀️

Phileas Fogg Mignon Morceaux. Best snack EVER.

I knew this would be mentioned - I LOVED these (and so soon!)
I have never, ever found anything to replace them .Sad

Hails68 · 17/06/2025 21:11

Tesco chicken tagine

PrincessHoneysuckle · 17/06/2025 22:42

Findus Chicken lasagne.
It was a white sauce instead of tomato.
Ready salted Chipstix.

MonGrainDeSel · 17/06/2025 23:44

OMG yes, ready salted chipsticks! But if you are in London you can get these: https://www.frenchclick.co.uk/p-4253-benenuts-fritelle-gout-sale-80g.aspx

I do an order now and again for basically coffee and crisps. Recommend Grand Mere coffee, too.

throwawaynametoday · 18/06/2025 00:09

Birds Eye Mushroom Feasts! They were a kind of pillow shaped hash brown filled with a creamy mushroom filling. God I loved them!

I'm in Bristol and I have not seen dark chocolate bounties since they were discontinued anywhere here. So I would be interested to know exactly where in Bristol

I'm glad Cadbury's Top Deck has come back to shops now, for a long time only South Africa and Australia had it. I have discovered a lot of Australian Cadbury choc bars in my local B and M and occasionally Iceland Food Warehouse (Cherry Ripe, Lamington dairy milk etc)

HelpMeRhondaHelpGetMeOutOfThisDress · 18/06/2025 00:24

To those who mentioned Phileas Fogg, I did enjoy the Mignons Morceux, but even more I enjoyed their Tortilla (California corn) chips. I have never quite had a Tortilla chip quite as good.

Echo bars, yes, I miss those too.

Old skool potato triangles from Tescos and Sainsburys. Not Those abominations of the same name from M and S. My sister was mad keen on the cheese buttons.

Hippopotamousse (came in strawberry or chocolate, Chambourcys did ten I think)

Mr Men yougurts

Milk chocolate club

Trio!

54321 bars
Taxi bars

Terry's Neapolitans

I think it was Jacobs who did those little packets of savoury biscuits shaped like fish, they had pizza flavour, cheese flavour and bacon flavour but I can't for the life of me remember their name.

OlderGlaswegianLivingInDevon · 18/06/2025 00:36

@ribbonola

I have a feeling that very similar to Campbells meatballs are now made by Fray Bentos and sold in ASDA.

They are called goldfish crackers, they are a total staple in the US, I'm not sure why we don't have them here!

throwawaynametoday · 18/06/2025 07:44

Cadbury Silk bar. It was a little tray of five or so individual chocolates with a strawberry filling. Luscious.

And Terry's Pyramints!

YY to Phileas Fogg American Corn Chips!
