For me it is terribly pedestrian.

Hot soapy shower before bed. Getting into bed all clean and warm makes me feel so good.

Peppermint tea before bed- same

Getting up at 5.30 am and having a quiet cup of coffee and reading a book before everyone else gets up at 6.

Wireless headband headphones that I can wear while falling asleep and listening to YouTube relaxation videos, also good for the gym and keeping hair out of my eyes

I was just going to say shower, too. I would add, using a bar of French soap in the shower, too - I love it!

Dishwasher. I remember 15 years ago, taking delivery of our first machine, feeling like I had finally arrived! Going to bed so so happy that I didn’t have to worry about that crap anymore.

Tretinion. I feel like at age 45 it is completely resurfacing my skin, which is amazing.
HRT.
Mounjaro, which I didn’t think they’d let me have but I’ve just stopped and I lost 2 stone in 2 months. Mega.

Intermittent fasting - another fan of Mindy Pelz.
Scented candles.
