Still much more mundane - you don't need any qualifications at all to do what I do!

I apparently support FBI agents, undercover police, the Queen, a fox, and lots of people who like singing and SHOUTING.
they are all very lovely.
They usually cease the above after a few months and leave.

Yep. I came across nasty admin staff before, but my poor team really feel in their souls when we need to inform that nothing else is available for the day…we’re just following absurd rules most of the time😢
