I am rewatching Orange is the New Black currently. Taslitz is one of my favourite characters and over a decade later I now learn that she's the lead role in Dead Silence (one of my favourite films).
I was the same when I realised Kirsten Dunst is the little girl vampire in 'Interview with the Vampire'.

Michael Sheen is a total chameleon in a lot of his roles.

Stanley Tucci is a canny actor IMO. He can go from adorable (Prada) to pathetic (Ballroom) to malevolent (Hunger Games) at will.

Ben Whishaw is unmatched at morphing into a role. I bet he knocked out the Paddington films in his lunch break. Do you remember him in Perfume? Or The Hollow Crown? He could even become a sexy James Bond in Black Doves, in spite of not having the physique du rôle.
