My sister and I were laughing about the fact that we used to make a date to watch ‘Dawson’s Creek’ together every week.
We were both in our early 20s.

I also loved ‘My So Called Life’, anyone else watched that?

Bluey. My kids are far too old. We had an Air BnB where the only channels we could get to work has back to back Bluey on turns out it's great.

Oh dear, please MNHQ, repost this in chat! Not gardening!

Many thanks!

Inbetweeners . 😆

Hannah Montana.

Drake and Josh.

Used to watch them all with the kids (now in their early 30s,) in the noughties. (When they were school age!)

PorkPieForStarters · 12/05/2025 23:23

Ben & Holly's Little Kingdom.

Love it for its cute little details and whimsical nature. It was the sort of thing I imagined going on in the garden when I was little!

chattyness · 12/05/2025 23:27

The Tribe , I was in my 50's when I watched it but I was addicted 😊

ChippySauce · 12/05/2025 23:31

Thanks for all your replies, even though this is not gardening chat 😂

I've reported my post and ask for it to be moved to Chat.

I love all the shows mentioned so far, especially Ben & Holly. When they went all Game of Thrones on the theme tune was genius 👌🏻

The Next Step. Earlier series preferred. I’ll still watch it now!

gillybombilly · 13/05/2025 01:07

The Secret World of Alex Mack - in our mid twenties when we watched it every weekend but loved it.

FizzingAda · 13/05/2025 08:23

I'm a child of the 50s/60s
The Magic Roundabout
Wind in the Willows (just bought the DVD)
white Horses

some of the Japanese animations like Princess Mononoke

GroovyChick87 · 13/05/2025 08:28

growinguptobreakingdown · 13/05/2025 08:31

Heartstopper
Got more addicted to Gilmore Girls than them
The Summer I turned Pretty
1st series of Riverdale before it went bonkers

ChippySauce · 13/05/2025 17:33

@FizzingAda we are big fans of Studio Ghibli animations, especially My Neighbour Totoro.

O, that was lovely!

Eminybob · 14/05/2025 02:31

Dawson’s creek was what popped in my head when I read the title. Although I think I was a little younger than you when it first came out, late teens I think.

Also, Gossip Girl. I was well into my late twenties/early thirties and was obsessed with it.

Wow yes I got hooked on The Next Step 😂

I don't actively seek it out, but when my kids are watching it I adore 'Little Lunch'. It's hilarious!

The Tribe was my first thought too! There was an official website which had loads of back stories and missing scenes. The writers uploaded some episodes from the cancelled series which I think brought back a couple of characters who had vanished. I occasionally see one of the actors in something else which feels a bit bizarre after the wild makeup.

Pyew · 14/05/2025 02:43

SMTV. I was a grown-up with my own flat and everything. Perfect for those Saturday morning hangovers.

SkiAndTravelTheWorldWithMyDog · 14/05/2025 02:47

Pingu.

I still love it now and I'm 53.

LivelyMintViper · 14/05/2025 02:54

Buffy!

BeyondTheReef · 14/05/2025 03:08

The Flintstones

MooseBeTimeForSnow · 14/05/2025 04:09

I was the perfect age for it at the time and will happily watch it now almost 50 years later - Chorlton and the Wheelies.

Gradely that is.

ruethewhirl · 14/05/2025 05:03

In my twenties (mid-1990s) I worked part time so was home a lot, and in the school holidays I used to get way more invested in California Dreams and Saved by the Bell than is healthy for any grown adult. I’ll get my coat. 🤭😄

You’re never too old for a bit of Chorlton! ‘’Ello, little old lady!’ 😄

SplendidUtterly · 14/05/2025 05:25

Heartstopper.

JojoM1981 · 14/05/2025 05:28

Probably not aimed at my age demographic (early 50s) but I adored Heartstopper 🥰
