it can be, but dialysis doesn't work for everyone and can often open you up to some nasty infections. my dad died on it.

Not convinced that someone who has made the much denied allegations she has should be publicly seen to be lying about something so serious, even if it is a so called joke. She has kids and parents who will be frantic.

The photo is at the very least using a filter.

She is apparently estranged from her husband and teenage children. Even her dad didn’t know she was unwell. Personally, I don’t think the photo looks genuine. Perhaps she’s been in an accident, but I think she’s also not psychologically well. Bit like, say, Katie Price. She no doubt carries a lot of trauma around.

My guess is that she is on painkillers and is confused.

If she has renal failure is that from a trauma injury in the accident, or she had kidney problems before? Either way how could they be so precise about when exactly she'll pass away? People with dodgy kidneys can stay alive for years on dialysis. I don't know why but it doesn't ring true.

You don’t die in four days because your kidneys suddenly stop working. You go on dialysis. After 3-5 years on dialysis, it’s possible it might stop working for you/you run out of usable veins, but if her kidneys have just failed, she’s not going to be in that position.

This is very dodgy, and makes me less likely to believe her other claims, unfortunately.

Be be fair all she’s said is she’s gone into renal kidney failure. She hasn’t said that’s the extent of her injuries or that’s what she’s dying from. It’s all pretty unknown?

Your judgement of her other claims is irrelevant. The court papers were sufficiently detailed and the undisclosed settlement speak volumes.

If there has been a car accident involving a school bus and a car somewhere in Western Australia then it will have been in the news locally. Surely.

It doesn't "speak" anything. Settlements are quite common, often for economic reasons. Plus there was also the matter of reputational damage which would have come about whether he was guilty or not.
