47%,going to repeat,I am way posher than less than 50%,cheek of it!

TheDowagerCountessofPembroke · 14/03/2025 17:21

Only 62% posh. This isn’t a fake name.
As if I would wear one of those brands.

dutchyoriginal · 14/03/2025 17:21

BettyBardMacDonald · 14/03/2025 17:05

Lol, 46 percent

You’re kinda posh, but not properly “posh posh”. You might have gone to private school and generally had a good upbringing – you went on nice summer holidays with your parents and were generally pretty comfortable – but you’re still far from Made in Chelsea-level posh. You’d probably describe yourself as upper-middle class.

40% and the same text, but didn't grow up in the UK. Probably MC-UMC here thoughh, admit to that.

PiastriThePastry · 14/03/2025 17:22

87%. I wouldn’t say I’m overly posh, although my accent implies otherwise(!) but I grew up in a massive house on a farm so horses and Agas, dogs and tweed and that sort of vibe has pushed it up I expect!

offmynut · 14/03/2025 17:24

11%.
Im not posh at all.

ruethewhirl · 14/03/2025 17:25

24%. I'm so not posh. 😂

The irony is that people were always calling me posh at school, simply because I didn't speak with the local accent. 🙄

ForeverDelayedEpiphany · 14/03/2025 17:25

Lol only 43%. Guess my Home Counties upbringing, going to a grammar school, father a professor, and several naice holidays a year doesn't make me that posh.

Just a bit middle class naice upbringing. Hurrah.

avocadotofu · 14/03/2025 17:27

67% and I’m not even British.

cramptramp · 14/03/2025 17:30

28% which is far higher than I expected.

Changed18 · 14/03/2025 17:30

38%. I thought that was quite good till I saw what other people got! And that's with having been to the opera, the races and skiing (admittedly not often).

Changed18 · 14/03/2025 17:31

Probably held back by being from up north

BeesAndCrumpets · 14/03/2025 17:32

35?! They're mental. Fun though, thanks OP!

Thewholeplaceglitters · 14/03/2025 17:33

73%. Hilarious as I’m very firmly not.

ruethewhirl · 14/03/2025 17:33

YourHappyJadeEagle · 14/03/2025 15:54

23% and I was surprised it was that high. Last thing I’d want to be is posh. Someone once told me I must be middle class bc of my job. Wanted to lamp her, I’m working class til I die.

I totally get that. My life probably looks quite middle class on the outside, I work in a very middle-class profession and people are always trying to tell me that means I am middle class now. But it'd feel like a betrayal of my working-class roots to consider myself middle class, and ... well, I just think working class, if that makes any sense.

TortolaParadise · 14/03/2025 17:35

29%

Crazycatlady79 · 14/03/2025 17:36

wobblyweasel · 14/03/2025 17:37

69%! My goodness I'm a right posho Grin

Ritasueandbobtoo9 · 14/03/2025 17:38

33% Being Welsh has let me down 😀

viques · 14/03/2025 17:40

56 posh. Didn’t get the eating out question at all, they were all grim chain restaurants. And who goes hunting - only nouveau darling.

Onelifeonly · 14/03/2025 17:40

26% to my surprise, not that I consider myself posh. I've been skiing a lot but not done horse riding. My family used to part own a holiday cottage but no longer. No mention of higher education either?

RedCatBlueCatYellowCat · 14/03/2025 17:40

100% posh. I did have to slightly stretch the point by claiming my mother's family crest.

I said no to hunting although I have attended with family, but never participated. And that was about 35 years ago. Wouldn't go now.

madaffodil · 14/03/2025 17:41

I got 43% posh is that all? Confused

Not sure about the sport question as you had to answer one of them. There wasn't a box for none of the above, and no equestrian in there at all.

No questions about your classical musical preferences, owning original works of art, having a family member who's a professional ballet dancer, or whether you've ever been to the Chelsea Flower Show either.

Just as well really.😂😂😂👑

Ritasueandbobtoo9 · 14/03/2025 17:41

Sadly I am considerably less posh than my parents and Abercrombie wasn’t around when they were young.

LandSharksAnonymous · 14/03/2025 17:41

70%

Gods. What total nonsense.

But then again I did think Buzzfeed had died years ago - didn't even realise the website was still active! 😂

MyUmberSeal · 14/03/2025 17:42

37%, and I drink elderflower cordial….clearly should be much higher 😂.
