What's on your coffee table, right now?

Just being nosy really!

Ours currently has on it;
four books, a bobble hat, a pencil sharpener, pot of slime, tv buttons, 2 x drawings by DC, pair of scissors, Monopoly Deal game, claw hair grip, seam ripper, glass of Coke and a glass of water.

I was just sat thinking what a random assortment it was! I wondered if others were the same....

2 coasters, my DH beanie hat, half a glass.of sauv blanc (which my sis in law bought but i don't like, prefer a pinot grigio) and the second letter I've got about that bloody health research programme oh and a couple of biscuit crumbs left by the DC

I don't have room for a coffee table but have two end tables so let's have a look:
My side:
empty 😔 wine glass (from last night), Diet Coke can (drinking it now), hair bands (I crochet scrunchies), bottle soy sauce, half bag of Doritos, yarn scraps.
My (currently at uni) DD's side:
Extension cord, bottle of vitamin D pills

A chess set, flowers in a vase and two coasters

A lamp, some books, some Tarot cards, a pot of mints, an incense burner, my phone, a ball of string, a roll of green tape, a Jack in the box, a bracelet and a glass of wine.

VR headset, two coasters, one mug of coffee and a book called "The Lost Rainforests of Britain."

Two cups of milk, two notebooks, the autobiography of Alec Guinness, a toy monkey, some SATs practice books, magnatiles and binoculars made out of toilet roll middles. And I think a pencil.

A jug of roses and a coaster. That's it!

Two books and a glass placement

A jigsaw (in a Portapuzzle) and a pair of reading glasses.

A mug holding several pens, four remote controls, the TV guide from last weekend's newspaper, a box of five Creme eggs 😊, three coasters, a miniature clock, two pairs of scissors, a mug of peppermint tea that's currently cooling and the empty glass from my morning vitamin C drink which I've just finished.

My puzzle board with a nearly complete puzzle on it. I just want to bunk off work and finish it.

I love these kinds of threads! On mine there is the doodally. And underneath the glass a few coffee table books. All the crap is in the drawers!

Nothing. Because I had a massive strop last night about the amount of crap lying on it. So i swept all the crap into a box which is now sitting on the kitchen table. But the coffee table is completely clear and beautiful.

My half drunk coffee, my phone, a pen, notebook, dps glasses, tv remote and randomly an open packet of dishwasher tablets 🤷🏼‍♀️

Nothing. Coffee table is upended onto sofa to prevent giddy young spaniel puppy from availing herself during the night.

Don't have a coffee table. They take up too much space.

Don't have one so it doesn't get covered in junk! Considering introduction one once my children are older but that still won't solve the DH issue of leaving stuff on every available surface!

Nothing. It sit under the window and I only move it to the centre of the room if we have people in and I want to put snacks and drinks on it.

Nothing, because it's just for show 😂I have a side table that I use for drinks.
I'm not as tidy as that statement makes me sound! Just that's the one place that things don't pile up.
