Just being nosy really!

Ours currently has on it;
four books, a bobble hat, a pencil sharpener, pot of slime, tv buttons, 2 x drawings by DC, pair of scissors, Monopoly Deal game, claw hair grip, seam ripper, glass of Coke and a glass of water.

I was just sat thinking what a random assortment it was! I wondered if others were the same....

A cat, an iPad, two coasters and 3 games consoles controllers.

A competed jigsaw, a large chess set half way through a game that's been there a few weeks, an empty wine glass, a box of tissues.

Long answer: A storage box that looks like a book, a vase, a Stanley cup, a mug, bottle of nail polish and a bottle of nail polish remover.

Short answer: Too much.

Currently renovating, so don't have a coffee table! DH and I each have a mini table at each end, similar to bedside tables. And no- they don't match! 😆

We both have a glass of water. He has his new reading glasses and cleaning glasses wipes.

I have a note pad, mini scissors, crochet, pen, floss, tweezers and moisturiser.

A plastic tumbler, a notebook, DD’s gabby’s dollhouse dollhouse and a few figurines and ‘rooms’ from it which annoyingly don’t fit in the house.

Absolute carnage. A chess set, three candles, two chocolate Santas from Christmas, a loo roll, some mosquito spray, a pile of filing, a stack of Pokémon cards, some hair bands, three books, two magazines and a gravy jug.

If only we had room for one.

8 small snow globes from different countries. 1 large snow globe from Disney world and the Disney Castle. All kept in a silver tray. The grandchildren love them.

The remains of a birthday cake as our cat loves to eat muffins and cake! Couple of remote controls, a mini Christmas tree in a pot as poinsettia is poisonous to cats, according to my dd, a box of matches and a scented candle.

This thread has prompted it to clean and tidy mine.

It now has a book-shaped storage box, with a vase on top of it alongside a tealight and a re-purposed candle with matchsticks inside. In the centre of the coffee table, I have a candle. Then two coasters either side of the table.

Some skull coasters, scented candles and an ouija board, the planchette is always on goodbye!

A box of tissues, a mug full of pens, nasal spray, a mug of tea, cold and flu meds, Vaporub, a couple of books, a roll of wrapping paper and birthday cake candles.

Basically I'm ill and my youngest turned 17 today.

A vase of decaying tulips, a fruit bowl with fruit also surrounding it, a box of tissues, a water bottle, a make up bag, a hair brush, a remote control, a torch, a candle, a stack of coasters that no one uses, hair accessories, shampoo and conditioner, chewing gums, a toy dog, a pile of paperwork and two boxes of flash cards.
