I hope you enjoyed reading it, but your attempt at making a point of it is illogical. At no point on this thread have I claimed that I never make expensive purchases myself. The difference is that I don't chuck money around like OP does and I don't start threads boasting about how much I've spent on crap when some are struggling to make ends meet.

Hope you had fun stalking me though. Might I suggest a hobby or two?

I was on the thread

I went with the air wrap!

Conveniently no one gives a shiny shit about your spending habits.
That's only you I'm afraid.
How embarrassing.

omg I quoted the wrong post! Apologies! Your post is bang on

MoonWoman69 · 13/02/2025 18:07

And the excact point of this post is, other than "ooh look at me"? Why on earth do you think that people want a nosy at your outgoings?! Tasteless, vacuous and attention seeking. Your financial outgoings obviously aren't as interesting to others as you seem to assume they are, judging by the responses on the thread!
Maybe replace some of your outgoings on a hobby, it'll give you something else to do 🤷🏼‍♀️

Interested in this thread?

Then you might like threads about these subjects:

GreenFingersHelp · 13/02/2025 18:13

OP says she has a nanny and her other threads say she has a housekeeper.

Redglitter · 13/02/2025 18:46

Just thought you'd all want a nosey

You thought wrong. Why on earth would anyone be interested in reading what's clearly a show off thread

Read the room. There are people on here going to food banks, wondering how they'll manage til the end of the month and you're spending almost £500 on coffee & eating out. Ffs

Dont be so ridiculous. OP is fortunate enough to be able to enjoy her high income so what is wrong with that?

Nothing wrong with enjoying money and spending it, distasteful to be bragging about the luxurious lifestyle, when many posters here write about their financial struggles.

To me, it's like the poster who says her DH doesn't want sex with her anymore, and others rush in to say how their DH's cant keep their hands off them.

Pointless and petty.🙄

No, in fact it’s like someone starting a thread about how her dh can’t keep his hands off her
and others saying… how dare you when I’m not in the same boat

whilst daft of someone to start a thread on such a topic with no question…. It’s also daft to criticise someone simply because they aren’t in the same boat as you or others

People are not criticising her because she is in a different boat, they are objecting to her mentioning her boat in the first place.

There was simply no point to the thread other than to brag.

Agreed
daft pointless thread and the op should be embarrassed because there’s nothing to it. No info on her salary, or whether she has any property, just numbers about coffee and Botox.

But to say that she shouldn’t have posted it because it’s insensitive to those not in same boat as her is daft in my opinion

I really can’t believe how vicious posters are being to the OP. I hope they are not so horrible in real life otherwise I despair.

I dont think the OP was bragging at all. People are reading that into her words so they can feel justified in piling on to be vile to her

skyscrapersinging · 13/02/2025 19:14

Is this meant to be rage bait? Cos your monthly spend on beauty was more than my mortgage last month.

Why does that make you angry though? Surely that’s life in a capitalist country?

Most of the thread (from what I have seen) is pointing out no one is really interested in her wealth, or lack of wealth, depending on where they are on the income scale. The overall opinions seem to feel she is bragging, which is my opinion also.
The odd nasty post, about the Botox use, I agree, uncalled-for.

It’s quite bizarre to bother to comment on a post that they are not interested in, particularly to do so with such spite.

Not at all but I really don’t understand the mindset that no one should have more than me.

lentilbake16 · 13/02/2025 20:30

Don't be so silly, everybody is different. If this idiotic post is infact real, it's utterly pathetic.

Would OP like me to direct her to my place of work, children crying through hunger and cold. Oh in the UK.

How ridiculous. On that basis, no one should talk about holidays or shopping or eating out etc etc on MN.

No, and I'm also not a SAHM which I see a lot of on here.

“I’ve heard a lot of peasants like to look after their own children, how quaint”

Spottyshirt · 13/02/2025 17:27

Well you’d think she’s Include her wage too 🤷

But she did 😵‍💫😵‍💫
The title literally says it - ENTIRE months wages. Therefore the money in that list is her ENTIRE wages fo that month. It’s really not rocket science 🤷‍♀️😵‍💫😵‍💫

Bjorkdidit · 14/02/2025 04:57

I was just surprised that the OP thought this was the sort of thing people want to talk about.

I thought it was going to be 'well I've paid the bills, bought some food but not enough, could do with replacing DCs school shoes but my entire months wages are gone so that's a bit shit isn't it'

But instead its just a matter of fact 'this is where my money went' for seemingly no reason at all other than it being a written version of what appears to be what people upload onto Tiktok.

Watch me put make up on, open a parcel, try clothes on, clean my house etc. Turning mundane every day life into entertainment.
