Has anyone done ' Belief Coding' with Jess Cunningham?

She's currently running a free online training which is a way to get people to sign up for her in person course. She's very engaging, but I can't work out if she's genuine or if it's a bit of a scam? Would be interested to hear about anyone's experiences if they've actually done a real life course with her. I worry that she's targeting women who are vulnerable and are looking for a quick fix, especially as she talks about things like manifesting and past lives etc...

Sounds like the cult storyline from Coronation Street that Leanne was sucked in by.

LisaJohnsonsFacebookMole · 28/01/2025 19:34

Ohh OP. You know it's bullshit. Don't do it.

Lyn348 · 28/01/2025 19:36

manifesting and past lives etc....
Run OP, run.

I'm not thinking of doing it myself! But I'm interested to hear from pp who have, as she's making a lot of money from it, so obviously some pp ( women ) are getting some benefit from it.

I worked for a charlatan like her - anyone who talks about manifesting, past lives, 'starseeds', 5D, 'shifts' etc is selling crap.

If things go well they take the credit, and if not, it's your own fault, with your 'blocks'. The woman I worked for projected that she lived a great life, but in fact it was a complete shambles, and she sells a lie, all for the money.

I took a look at the web page and yes! Same bollocks I ended up refusing to be a part of. A £2000 course, with added bonuses that add up to "£15,000" - yeah, I know that trick. For instance, the woman I worked for did a live 'love codes' workshop with a workbook, for $11. When she later gave the recording out as a bonus to people who signed up for her $2500 course, she valued the workshop at $450, and the workbook at $49 - we were in a meeting and she literally plucked the prices out of thin air.

In fact, the language, sales tactics and pricings are so similar, it wouldn't surprise me if Jess has lifted her techniques from the woman I worked for. But she'd plagiarised them herself so good luck to Jess! I wouldn't recommend anyone sign up for anything paid with these sorts of people.

This is legit! Keep an open mind and see the evidence for yourself! I am currently in a session with Jess online and it is worth doing!
believe in yourself and you will see a difference

What a load of shite.

Lucky for charlatans like her that there’s one born every minute.

Straight on then turn right for the snake oil department,

I'm a Belief Coding Facillatator...Previous to taking the course I used Belief Coding sessions to remove a lot of anxiety and depression which I had previously been highly medicated for-after a block I was able to come of those tablets that I had been on for 10+yrs...I had tried every other modality beforehand to no avail. As a facillitator I have personally taking many people through the session with outstanding results. The modality is Neuroscience backed with publicly available Brain Scan data showing the 32parts of the brain reacting and rewiring within a session. There is also a Paper published in The International Journal of Science and Research.
In essence it's Cognitive Rewiring-subconscious work that finds the root cause to your discomfort, salves it and allows you put new thoughts feelings/emotions into the subconscious which then in turn drop into your long term memory-again verified by double blind third party Neuroscientist trials
The Past Life sessions you seem to be referring to happen when the subconscious has trapped emotions through generational dna..and Manifestation happens when your subconcious thoughts and feelings are truley in alignment and your open to possibilities
I hope this answers your question 💚

I find the language vaguely amusing, facilitating, modality instead of method and helping, language is made to soy like medical terminology, which can make someone trusting and therefore not questioning.
Strange but I’m unable to find any of the scientific papers, I’d appreciate a link if anyone has one.
It just sounds like the NLP stuff from years ago.

What a load of old fish sticks

Lumon67 · 01/03/2025 13:04

The paper in the International Journal of Science and Research is full of unsubstantiated claims. The majority of the sources it cites are books, not original research and the citations tend to refer to generally related topics, rather than supporting the points made.
Belief Coding has not been subjected to any clinical trials and has no evidence base as a specific modality. Unfortunately there are journals that will publish papers for payment rather than on the basis of academic merit so a journal publication in itself isn't necessarily a guarantee of academic rigour.

HappyMama2018 · 01/03/2025 20:57

The paper was published in the International Journal of Science and Research- As far as I'm aware they do not take back handers?!
There are further papers to be published with BMJ ect over the next few months.
The clinical trials were conducted specifically on the Belief Coding modality.
Double blinded trials with MRI brain scans and the interpreted data from them..again recorded with complete transparency by the world renowned neuroscientist Abhijeet Satani-look him up...again I do not think he would be involved in anything less than scrupulous-he is one of the top professionals in his field
Hope that's cleared things up for you but if not why not book in a session with a facillitator and see for yourself before resorting to slander 😉

Gingernaut · 01/03/2025 21:02

The International Journal of Science and Research is 'open access', meaning any shyster can upload a 'study' for a fee

They claim 'peer reviewed', but if the piece is self published, how dies that work?

HappyMama2018 · 01/03/2025 21:30

It was peer reviewed through the Scientific trials by the world renowned neuroscientist Abhijeet Satani.its self published to allow a greater public accessibility.
More trials have actually taken place since the published paper covering diffrent areas and proving the physical changes within the brain Belief Coding brings which in turn give these phenomenal permanent results...so as this is fast moving research it's quite typical to self publish
Hope that helps 😊

Having just read through the entire six pages of gobbledy gook, complete with copyright symbols after "Belief Coding" and written by this Cunningham woman, it was not

It doesn't even credit his work in the bibliography

Sparklybutold · 01/03/2025 21:52

I'm thinking this post is a marketing strategy.

Sparklybutold · 01/03/2025 21:53

Reported as scam.

GlitchStitch · 01/03/2025 21:53

This sounds like that NXIVM cult.

Viviennemary · 01/03/2025 21:54

Astral travel?? Says it all. In other words. Bullshit.

Lumon67 · 01/03/2025 23:19

Scientific trials are not the same as peer review...
However, I await any scientific evidence for belief coding with interest.
It's also not 'typical' in robust academic research to 'self publish'. I am a published researcher, PhD, clinician and academic and have been through peer review and have worked on clinical trials and intervention studies, so it's kind of my area...

It's not! I was genuinely wondering if anyone has done her course.
