Love many of the ones already suggested.
Upper Middle Bogan and Fisk (both on Netflix) are brilliant.
Green Wing and Campus are old favourites that I don’t think have been mentioned yet.

The Office (UK)
Blackadder (2 and 4 are the best)
Red Dwarf
Father Ted
Only Fools and Horses
Motherland
Fleabag
Loudermilk

Is Cheers available anywhere? Rewatched it a few years ago and still brilliant.

The third series wasn't as good as the first two imo, but yes Mandy is a gem of a show. Agree it has had me literally crying with laughter.

I was ill last week in bed, and I binged both seasons of 'Frayed'. It was so bloody funny, it made me laugh out loud so many times and cheered me up no end. Has Liz from motherland in it, and Robert Webb.
