Superstore?

I'm quite enjoying Man on the Inside, though it is gentle rather than hilarious.
Also, Nobody Wants This.

Mr Bigstuff - I was laughing out loud from the first scene. Binged it over a weekend and can't wait for the second series.

Him & Her

Motherland

The Good Place. Genius. Gets better and better each season - s1 was only OK but I loved it by the end.
What We Do In The Shadows. Goes in the other direction sadly but the early stuff is great.

SnakesAndArrows · 21/01/2025 11:26

Alma’s Not Normal (first series)
What we do in the Shadows
Toast of London
Wellington Paranormal
House of Fools (if you like Reeves and Mortimer)

Schitts Creek and the Detectorists are both brilliant in completely different ways. Both start a little slowly but are worth sticking with.

We are watching Only Murders in the Building which is funny and a lot of well know names pop up in it.

Thanks for the suggestions, I’ve also watched a few of the ones mentioned. What we do in the shadows got me through a bought if Covid last January.

Also loved Motherland, I might have to re watch Coupling not watched it for years.

I’ve caught the odd episode of Brooklyn 99, was funny will look that one out and the other suggestions that I’ve not watched before.

thank you.

How I met your mother, Frasier....an oldie but still good in my opinion. Modern family is another good one

Blabla81 · 21/01/2025 11:40

I really loved “the Great”. Took a few episodes to get into it but I was then hooked.

Rules of engagement as well, old but funny

stayathomer · 21/01/2025 11:44

Spaceforce (Steve carrell) or Intelligence, us office, arrested development, girls 5 eva

SnowflakeSmasher86 · 21/01/2025 11:47

Girls5Eva on Netflix is great, I’m rewatching it after first seeing it last year. A 90s girl band reunites in their 40s and all the expected fun and games that brings. The songs are written by Sara Bareilles, who also stars in it, just some lighthearted but very funny TV fluff.
