I agree with the poster about unmumsnetty hugs.
For me its No,is a complete sentence. I have never heard that outside of mn. Now "no" is a complete sentence however I personally find placing boundaries firmly bit politely way before needing to use the blunt "No" in relationships works better and opens for communication.
