What do you drink before a night out?

What alcoholic predrinks do you and your friends have before a night out? I'm looking for inspiration as it's been a while since I've been out! I'm thinking white wine or prosecco however I tend to drink them too slowly..

I was out with friends last night. Here is what i drank:

6pm small glass of wine with DH

6.30 - 7.45pm One and a half glasses of Prosecco

8-10 pm 3 course dinner with one and half glasses of wine

10.15pm Home. Small Baileys with DH

I had a good sleep and am not hungover today. I don't drink like this often but it was my one and only Christmas night out.

The Prosecco was with friends in one of their homes before we went to this restaurant. I also had a Prosecco in the restaurant as we all got one on arrival. I forgot about it!
