8+ years of multiple investigations, court cases and endless appeals and the only ones to stick are the cases involving women - E Jean Carroll and Stephanie Clifford (Stormy Daniels). So many men (Merrick Garland, Robert Mueller, James Comey to name but a few) could have grown some cojones and stopped the orange fecker.

Supreme Court Denies Trump’s Last-Ditch Effort to Avoid Sentencing.
After the court declined in a 5-to-4 decision to block Donald J. Trump’s criminal sentencing, he is scheduled to face a New York judge on Friday morning.
In a brief unsigned order, a five-justice majority noted that Mr. Trump was not facing jail time and that he could still challenge his conviction “in the ordinary course on appeal.”
Although Mr. Trump had argued that being sentenced 10 days before his inauguration would distract from the presidential transition, the majority held, “The burden that sentencing will impose on the president-elect’s responsibilities is relatively insubstantial.”

A one-paragraph order joined by Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Amy Coney Barrett and Ketanji Brown Jackson said the “burden that sentencing will impose on the President-Elect’s responsibilities is relatively insubstantial,” given the lack of jail time and that Trump can appear for the hearing via video feed.
Four conservative justices — Clarence Thomas, Samuel A. Alito Jr., Neil M. Gorsuch and Brett M. Kavanaugh — indicated that they would have granted Trump’s request. As is typical in such orders, the justices did not explain their reasoning.
