Ant McPartlin and in particular his wife lying about her age. She's always reported as being 46. She was born in 1976.

DHs inability to put all his rubbish in the bin.

Edited fo add... and otherwise brilliant MILs enabling because she would do literally everything for FIL, BIL and DH...

When you open a sliced loaf of bread and there is a big hole in the middle of each slice running through the loaf, infuriating.

username7891 · 09/11/2024 14:35

People complaining about the consequences of their actions. Drives me mad.

DemonicCaveMaggot · 09/11/2024 14:39

People typing on keyboards on the plane/train. I suffer from misophonia and unfortunately become perfectly savage when confronted with tappy clicking noises.

Thank goodness for the babbling brook setting on my phone and wireless headphones or the gentleman sitting behind me on the Edinburgh - Exeter Cross Country would have rolled into York missing his face.

DemonicCaveMaggot · 09/11/2024 14:40

Dr. Who and why they haven't done a remake of Blake's Seven.

StarSlinger · 09/11/2024 14:42

Attached plastic lids on bottles of water.

spoonfulofsugar1 · 09/11/2024 14:48

The weekly fire alarm test at work. I know when it is. I know why they are doing it. But it always makes me jump and makes me really angry.
I also hate that advert for holidays that had Christmas music in it in the summer it made me so mad!

PieEllaBakewell · 09/11/2024 15:07

Adverts. All of them.
Surveys. All of them.
Rate our service emails. Ditto

"Whats for dinner?"
:"When's dinner?"
"Is dinner ready yet?"
"Can I have a snack"

AffIt · 09/11/2024 17:41

Edited

Dh is great at putting his rubbish in te bin. Unfortunately he is hopeless at emptying it and would rather play a precarious game of tetris to try and balance it on top rather than emptying it. His record is about 2' over the bin. The bin is only about 1'.

People who allow their adult children not to work or only work part time just why!
People who wear their winter coats often with scarf hat and gloves in September regardless
People who cheerfully tell you when their dog comes bounding up to you he won't hurt you
People all enable their adult children so they are unable to be independent err what happens when you are no longer here
Rude bus drivers who constantly charge you the wrong fayre
Micro managers I am 55 years old I don't need it thank you
Parents who do not parent their children and let them run wild
People that are still obsessed with covid
People who talk through theatre shows
People that are obsessed with the weather particularly snow
People who think people who live in Essex live in London!
People who are lazy

Not much then !!!!

MillyMichaelson · 09/11/2024 18:05

When my friend pronounces tzatziki 'tazeekee'.

Enko · 09/11/2024 18:06

People who puts "I mean this gently"/I gently xxx" I know it's irrational but it gives me the rage. Often it comes before a quite blunt comment too. But I also had it in a letter to my.gp after microsuction. It said I gently suggested Enko see the GP. Nope she didn't gently do so she said truthfully and politely enough. "There is no earwax with what you are experiencing I woild suggest you go to your gp. I can write a letter confirming the appointment."

Itoldyousoo · 09/11/2024 18:07

People who have loud conversations on their phones in public places eg cafes, public transport, at the side of the pool on holiday etc. No one wants to hear it especially when you are on holiday!!!

MrsDeaconClaybourne · 09/11/2024 18:12

The amount of time one of my neighbours spends handwashes their cars. It has literally no impact on me at all but it massively irritates me thinking of all the useful things he could be doing instead! Some days I leave home and come back 2 or 3 times doing various different things and he's still there cleaning and polishing AngryGrin

orangetriangle · 09/11/2024 18:17

A couple more
managers who call us staff instead of people
People who bang on about productivity then say it's quality not quantity well make up your mind,!
neighbours who consistently loudly bang their doors
dogs than bark at the slightest noise I'm looking at you next door neighbour
People who are still mowing their lawns in november!!

crouchendtigerr · 09/11/2024 18:23
