10, sometimes 11 but that all depends on my arthritis and menopause symptoms.

10 as my health is currently a mess but hopefully after the various surgeries are done with, it'll be 11.

I have a couple of chronic health conditions but they are manageable and unlikely to affect my lifespan.

I am very blessed.

All of them in a way as I am easily pleased. I don't have much money and don't have holidays but am ok with that.

10.5 - half a point lost as I don’t really have any friends, but very lucky to have everything else.

1. There are a few I could change but self esteem is a tough one to change.

I don’t really enjoy my job ( although I like the company of my team and the org. I work for so it could be worse!

DH and I have been through so shit but we’re okay at the moment.

Same, I have 10 of these and seeing them written out so clearly has made me really appreciate what I have.

10. I've lost my job so that will have a trickle down fairly soon if I don't get another soon. It's a bugger of a market right now.

@wtkotjwhtkots Great thread. I have been mulling over it this evening. I keep wanting to ask posters which of those factors would they swap for another factor. That would make the thread very interesting.

For me I would swap my health issue for holidays any day. I would find it hard to swap my house (the only material possession in your list) for anything, but this is because I value my space and my 'mansion' above anything. Paradoxically that quest might have contributed to the health issue....

I currently have all eleven of them, but I appreciate how lucky I am and also recognise that things can change quickly.
I also recognise that my expectations and levels of satisfaction may be different/lower than some others.

11, as others have said I've been through a hell of a lot to get here.
I'd like a bigger house as we'd like another cold, but the one we have is big enough for the 3 of us, I'd also like more holidays, who wouldn't, but I'm happy with the 2-3 a year we have (in the UK).
