I have alternate taste and I like rock, metal
and alternate music.

I recently came across this cover of Zombie by the Cranberries being covered by Erin and the Rock Orchestra.

It’s an amazing cover. Deloris was one of a kind when it comes to this song, but damn with the orchestra backing her. Erin really did this song justice

The Joke by Brandi Carlisle- it was partly covered by a young 14 year old on America's got Talent - it was incredible but sadly not the full song.

Also Kevin Sims - he does beautiful covers. YouTube him.

I love Morrissey's cover of It's Over.
I'm quite partial to David Gray singing Say Hello, Wave Goodbye.

One I just remembered; Tainted Love by Soft Cell.

One I just remembered; Tainted Love by Soft Cell.

So many people think that's the original.

Justleaveitblankthen · 20/09/2024 17:28

Any Bronski Beat/Erasure/Communards/Marc Almond covers are always far better than the originals.
I say this as a huge Donna Summer and Disco fan.
